Friendly staff and quick service
Manager argued with me, called me simple. I responded with an F you. He then tried to intimidate me. He followed me to my car screaming at me, and pushed my hand away when trying to open my car door. I told him not to touch me. I tried to open my door again and he pushed it shut before I could enter. I opened my door and got in my car, he opened my car door again once I was seated. I closed the door again and locked it, then and drove away. I'm not proud of my language but it didn't warrant this behavior, bordering physical assault. I expect a follow up response.
I have used Midas in the past and loved it. I booked online. I showed up for my appointment on time. New face and not at all friendly. My car was taken in at 8:00 am. I checked out at 9:24. Did not go over anything about my car. I asked why it took so long and was informed that they were not sure if they would need an oil filter and when they did it was ordered and had to wait for delivery. I made an appointment and my car had the oil changed in March so I was in the computer. Why did they not order the filter the day before. Second off, he said they weren’t sure if they would need a filter! The oil filter should be changed EVERY time. I have no confidence in that Midas now.
Staff was kind and explained things in a way I could understand. Gave me the best time to come in to fit my time schedule. Gave me all the prices of future repairs I need. Thank you!!

I had a black handprint on my door handle. The radio was blasting loud. They couldn’t get my wheel cover back on and finally got it back on but left greasy hand prints all over the wheels. I didn’t get the paper explaining how my car did in the courtesy check.

Estimate given was fair, technicians explained the problem and what needed done to fix it. When repairs were done it was complete in less time than quoted.
Midas did not listen to me, they blundered in made some repairs, over charged for parts, (which I had already purchased), charged for services which I had done, ( new timing belt, new water pump ), and didn't fix the problem. The problem was, I needed a new radiator! Told me to come back, and they would replace it for $600. Which should had been included in the original price of "replacing the cooling system". All they did was run up a price ($1275), charged me for a water pump, which was not needed, a timing belt, which was not needed! Plus, three additional days of car rental!! They never test drove the vehicle, I made it three miles down road before I had to stop, vehicle over heated. I called a competitor, who offered FREE towing, and one day service. I feel totally betrayed and lied to by Midas! Untrustworthy, unreliable, over priced and completely without honest concerns for the customer! The salesman and mechanics were just " doing corporate jobs ", you probably have very little repeat business. I know you won't have mine, my family, or other associates.

We have taken our vehicles for all services since we moved here in 2011.. The employees are always courteous, never have to wait very long and it is always clean and smells good in the reception area... I am a widow now and appreciate that the employees don't try to belittle or try to sell me a service I don't need.... I am thankful that I feel I can always trust them to do only what needs to be done...

Your service people were great. They explained what other services my vehicle needed in detail. The whole experience was excellent. While waiting I received a call alerting me to a problem at my good friends property on the north loop. They are in Tennessee on vacation. The problem was a gas leak. I left as soon as my car was backed out. On my way up I realized I had not paid. When I arrived at my destination I called Midas and told them what happened and I paid over the phone and he emailed me a copy of the invoice. The guy I talked with was very helpful. I will be back.
We were traveling with a tight deadline and needed to be on the road, but I was concerned about a noise in the front right side. The technician looked it over and immediately found that the front right caliper was missing a pin and the caliper was loose. They diagnosed the problem quickly got a new part and we were on our way with the confidence that the problem was fixed.
