Service manager Eric Rugby did an excellent job expediting my service and keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle and allowed me to keep my vehicle there overnight when I couldn’t pick it up the day and time it was ready.

Person took my truck. Stated he was going to test drive. Did not test drive, put it on rack. Without removing tires, came back and told me I needed new rotors, pads and brake flush.

I had made an apt to replace the oil-pan gasket, as I was aware it was starting to leak. Shortly after having dropped my truck off, I was informed of other leaks & was given an estimate for repairs. I authorized all repairs, provided they could complete the repairs before the end of the day. They called me an hour before I was off work to tell me that my truck was done. I was very impressed by the thorough inspection & appreciated them informing me of additional issues, addressing them in a timely manner & on short notice.

They tried to charge me for work that no one talked to me about first, that's after they towed my car to the downtown location without telling me first.

Easy to schedule an appointment and they were very clear with what was wrong with my car. Price was very competitive with other places.

Was greeted. Explained what needed to be done. Called the other Midas dealer whose tires were originally purchased to see if they could take care of the warranty of the damaged tire.

I am a repeat customer at this location. I used a coupon for an oil change and appreciated the associate pointing out that a power steering flush was an item to address.

I had to wait 30 minutes while they went to a parts store and get a filter for my car. They told me it was taking long because they were inspecting the care. Lie as no one was inspecting it and I saw the manager come back from the store with a filter.

Your employees broke off a lug nut and couldn't repair it so they suggested I take it to another tire shop. If you are a mechanic shop, and you break something, you need to repair it...

I only came in because of my tailpipe but they did an overall check of my old van and found other problems that would have ended badly if hadn't been fixed. they were transparent with what they found and even took me out to see it myself. but they also didn't go ahead with anything until my verbal confirmation. I was there for so long they even offered to take me to get something to eat. thanks guys

Midas had worked on my previous vehicles and I was always satisfied. I drove 6 hours round trip to have my car’s brakes fixed because I knew they would be done right in a timely manner at a fair price. I was right.

The technicians work very hard to fix my vehicle. It took them two visit to get it fixed, but they stuck with it until it was right.

I called and asked the price of a brake flush I believed I needed. The price was good and getting a convenient appointment time was easy. I had to switch days and that was done without a problem. I arrived early but the flush was started quickly. The wait time wasn’t too bad, although it does hurt me to sit for long. The manager was friendly and efficient. Waiting room was clean, and there was an outgoing young woman traveling with her little girl, so someone to talk to and pass the time. I’ve used Midas before and will again.

Have been going to 6th ave Midas for 4 yrs. I moved from Blgs 2 yrs ago, but travel 6 hrs to receive their excellent service.

They told me there Was a bold in my tire and I needed four new tires. I took it to another shop had them look at the tire there was no bolt in the tire fixed they fix the leak and I was on my way. They also did not Reset the change oil signal in my car so every time I turn the car on it says change oil I’m not very satisfied

Quickly was able to get in for oil change and tire rotation, and service was done quickly. When asked about information regarding some potential future work with the details, I got great and helpful feedback. I felt they were honest about things.

Be more informative and look at further problems a customer may have coming up. I explained my issue twice. But I’m pretty sure the problem I asked about as still a problem, and now I need to go to a different mechanic to try to fix it.

This garage did an excellent job on my truck. The mechanic was very informative about maintenance and it was done in record time. Highly recommend this shop for all vehicle needs.

I really like this shop. I was not impressed that they did not explain the results to my wife at all. Maybe it is because I review the results in front of them, but I felt like reviewing the results was important and had to call in after to have them explain why certain items were not adjusted.

Alignment seems fair, but their printer was down, so they could not show me the before and after... which I was not happy about at all. Also charged a bit more than they have ever charged me before.

Exhaust pipe snapped during a cross country road trip. Billings Midas was very friendly and helpful. They had me back on the road in under an hour.

Midas does good work at a reasonable price. They also let me know what potential problems need to be addressed, but aren't pushy about doing the work. I'll keep going back.

Thank you Harold for keeping me updated on my car service and potential problems and options. Thankfully the maintenance cost was minimal and I've had no further problems.
