Mike B was a pleasure to speak with. Mike is an asset to this Midas location. He guided me for what I needed for my service. This was my second time at this location. My first time I did get to speak with Sean S manager Sean also very helpful and knowledgeable for what ever I needed. This will be my go to location. So happy I found them. Defff a five stars.

I have always received excellent service from Sean-Always explains, courteous, prompt and polite and knowledgeable.

My daughter had a wiper arm issue. It was loose or broken and I walked in looking for help. Mike the assistant manager who was super friendly and receptive to my walk in request to check it out.My daughter works next door at the Veterinary Clinic and we left the car and she came back at lunch to pick it up. I called back and had a few additional requests and Mike did it the old school way. Very thorough and super helpful. I was very impressed and now I have a place she can come for maintenance on her car! My daughter called me afterwards and said the car felt great and Mike was the nicest guy to her. We will be back! There were major unforeseen issues with the car, they worked late and started early to try to fix it.

Service was great and the sales associate was very friendly and explained what was needed.

They listened to my concerns and even gave me advice on future purchases. Also... I have a Lincoln. The hood latches can be a little sticky and when I went to Valvoline they couldn't get it open and were extremely rude to me. They also would have charged me $120 for an oil change instead of $60.I'll be back in January for the tires that were recommended!

The customer service person named Shawn-listened to my explaining what had happened while I was driving and found the problem after doing some test on my Chevy Equinot 2015.I had to leave my car and as soon as the job was finised me called me for pick. He also explained what I needed to have done in the future. I will have that done some time this year.I feel good about going on vacation and won't have that problem any more.

I was able to schedule my appointment the same day as the service and it was quality work.

Sean explained clearly about the problem and also recommeneded the required repairs. Resonable pricing.

North Reading Midas always fixes my car issues correctly the first time. I’ve never had to return because of an incomplete job. They also complete the job in a timely manner and at a great cost!

6/17/23 Service visitOutstanding work by Sean and team again. Knowledgable, trustworthy folks - once again they were fair and accommodating, explaining the work needed and why it was needed asap. Kept me updated on their work during the course of the day, refused to charge me for unexpected repairs which came up during their work, and charged as little as possible and reasonable for them. Today's service work included two TPMS sensors, transmission fluid service, synthetic engine oil change/service, and unexpectedly the alternator. They also found a mis-positioned air vent cover which they set correctly.

My 2006 Toyota 4 Runner has been serviced at this Midas location for the last 15 years and never had any issues. Always professional and fair.

This location is not near my house but I drove there because they were able to get the tires I wanted in a reasonable time frame. Estafone was super helpful and explained pricing and availability accurately. The car was ready before the time promised, which NEVER happens.

Sean and his technicians were great. They were incredibly busy but still took the time to coordinate a time to fit me in, explained what was happening with my tires - my rims were old and a larger width than the tires, so it took more time than expected, but the team continued until the job was done and kept me updated every step of the way. Wonderful experience overall and I got a great deal on a new set of tires. Thank You for such excellent service!

Easy to schedule online. Appointment available right away. I did not have to wait for my car to be taken in for service and the service was performed in a timely fashion. Employees were very nice.

Quality product and service at fair orice

Estevan asked me if I had any trouble with cold starts as the battery tested a bit low. I said no. He told me to be keep an eye it and at some point I'd need to replace it. He didn't pressure me to buy anything extra, like an air filter or fuel filter, etc...This was a great relief and I already started telling people about "Midas in North Reading!"

This shop tries to sell you things you dont need. They also lie and tell you that parts are bad on your vehicle that arent. They told me my tires were bad so I went to a professional tire shop and my tires pass inspection. They told me my back brakes had only 2mm of pad left. I felt the car was stopping fine but bought brakes and had my master mechanic brother install. The pads had some wear but had at least 7mm of pad thickness. Told me my front brake rotors were warped, they were not.

All 3 gentleman who worked on my car worked incredibly hard to make sure that I left there happy. Louis, Ryan and Dan went the extra mile staying late to finish up my car when we realize that there was an issue with the part that was originally ordered to replace my Calipers due to a manufacturer change that i was not aware of. They took amazing care of me and made sure that they kept me updated and in the loop as to what was happening.
