Tony in the front office was an excellent start to the visit. She was friendly, open to questions and very polite. She kept me well informed and even as plans changed throughout the day she provided estimates of time, exact pricing, and thorough explanations. The technician who worked on my truck was also very helpful and went out of his way to provide a possible solution to my issue. I wish I had gotten his name to give him a shout out.
First of all, don't rip people off. Your company charges $250 an hour for labor i was told. I brought in my own muffler for install and was given a quote of $327. The lady running the front desk was rude in speaking with me saying its not her fault what corporate charges. I told her to have a great day and stopped just 1 mile down the street to bobs masterbend muffler shop. They quoted me 125$ and were very eager to take my business. Needless to say they did a great job and I will be telling my friends and family this story as to warn them of midas's out of this world pricing.

To be hones,it wasn’t the experience that made it not highly satisfied,it was the shock of knowing the price of the parts at the same auto parts store that Midas uses,and the markups that Midas uses blew me away. I was shocked to find out that the part I needed was $40-$50 and Midas was trying to charge me over $300 for the same part,and over $300 for the labor,sheesh.

I went in for an oil change and mentioned my tire had a slow leak. When checked it had a nail in it so I ended up getting a new tire. I was offered an uber since it was going to be a little longer but I didn't mind the wait because the staff is amazing. Price and service was great. I have been to this location before for an oil change but I just dropped off my car still good experience. But I'm really glad I waited inside today the customer service was awesome. The welding tech did a finally good job, but because he did not have the correct grinder to do intermittent smoothing it took over an hour to do a very simple welding job. Therefore it cost $150 for what should have been a 20-minute job. I had absolutely no idea that it was going to be that expensive. It makes me very hesitant to return to have other jobs done because of the expense that I might incur. The simple welding job cost twice what the jack cost.
I've been a customer of Midas for over 40 years. Never had a problem.
Based on the fact that I could schedule an appointment time, have my oil change accomplished while I waited only 45-60 minutes and paid a minimal labor charge is why I will return. Lastly, but more importantly the friendly manager and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Out of four different auto service establishments were unable to help me same-day, the associates were obviously busy, with many scheduled appointments, however all kept a friendly attitude and even took the time to explain what was going on with my brakes. Very satisfied.

Scheduling my fleet vehicle was not an issue. I needed a required oil/ filter change with tire rotation. I requested an additional tire balance. I was told I needed two new tires which was not authorized by the fleet management company and, in my opinion, not necessary. My coolant was low and I am not exactly sure why a flush was performed when it could have been simply topped off. None of my fluids were topped off. The tire rotation did not happen and the tires are still out of balance. I waited over 5 hours for this and while the fleet management company had a lot to do with this delay, the Midas management could have avoided this debacle by just doing what was requested and NOT “finding” extra billable items, as seems to be the agenda of most garages. I was hoping for a little more professionalism with Midas.

If you service a vehicle and tell your client that an AC leak is not apparent at that time however it could run out of cold air and to bring it back your manager mentioned it could take as long as a year. I feel you should have offered diagnosis and recharge as a significant discount. I did not bring this to your associates attention as neither of them where there a year ago. In addition what was supposed to take ~ 40minutes was well over two hours
I brought my car in to have my brakes fixed but they did not fix my brakes at all, they squeal worse than before and still jump and vibrate when braking. I had them do alignment and clean brake fluid, but if they had test drive it they would have seen right away that it was not fixed. I paid for full brake inspection so I will be taking it back, but not at all satisfied that they said they drove it. when If they did they would have heard the brakes squeaking loudly and not braking correctly. I will be bringing back and will not be paying more.
What I came to have done was done to my satisfaction they were very helpful and courtesy about what had to be done and got right to the point.

"I took my Chevy Sonic to Firestone on 3/12 for new tires, and also a very bad rattling and bumping from under my car. As a nurse, I was very worried driving and of course I googled all the horrible stuff it could be. They told me ""cant find anything wrong other than your spare tire was a little loose."" As soon as I drove off, the noise continued only louder. I called them 3/14 and was told they could get me back in over a week out! I said you were supposed to fix it!! So they got me in on Friday, 5 days from then!! I was getting more worried, and went online and got an appt with Midas; Mike Maggio called me immediately and said come in tomorrow, this really shouldnt wait. I did and they found the sway bar linkage was bad and needed to be replaced asap. They did that quickly and very well-priced! Doctor Kenny took care of it in under an hour!!! I will be giving all my work to Midas from now on for showing real concern over my personal safety in my car. Midas on Trolley is the BOMB!!
I was told the job would take an hour once parts were delivered from across town. This was a warranty work and I checked in at 10:15am and left just before 2pm. Waiting on parts we’re the reason the job took so long. I was not given any curtesy discount for missing time for my job. I took 2 hours off to get the work completed and had to cancel several meetings due to the delays at Midas.

I scheduled the appointment for my husband over the phone. I told Mike we would be leaving the car overnight and would get the car the next morning after the oil change. He told me they close at 6 so if i dropped it off after 6 to leave an envelope. We arrived at 5:45 and Mike was dismissive to my husband. He tried to explain that I called and we were leaving the car, but he said that he was closing out the register and there was nothing he could do. My husband really wanted to leave with the car but he needed an oil change that badly. Mike's attitude was very poor and unnecessary to a paying customer with a reservation. I have always taken my car to Midas, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed.
