I’ve had a lot of work done on our vehicles at Midas. I like how hey will tell you which ones are the more important too fix first and if you can or how long your able too wait on he others .
I had appointment for 1130 to 130 for an oil change went back a little after 2 pm and my car wasn’t even started. When I got my daughters truck back it reeked of marijuana
They didn't get my van in until 1 hour after my appointment. I had to ask for a receipt for which I was told it would be emailed. I never received a receipt.
Tire blew in the morning and they had it fixed by the afternoon day of!
My biggest complaint is that they have had one of my cars for 6 months and charged me almost $1200 and told me the car was fixed twice and it isn't. The car still isn't fixed and I have asked for the District manager to call me and he never has.
Not too over book appointments. When appointment time is between 10am and 12 noon and an oil change takes until 3pm there is a problem

I brought my car there and told them what was wrong with it well I actually had it towed there. I called them first to make sure it was okay that I had it towed there. They told me they could look at it around 12:30 or 1:00 and never did the next day they tried to tell me it was my starter and that it was 400 dollars I again told them exactly what was wrong with it he basically told me I was a liar and didn’t know what I was talking about. The mechanic who performed the service on my truck was very informative and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that all necessary items on my truck were looked at and necessary work was done to assure me that my truck was in good condition mechanically when I left

I always bring in my Honda Civic for oil changes. I usually expect a brake inspection with each oil change. This time I I was told the rotors were bad as well as other problems with the brakes. I wish this had been discovered earlier so I wouldn't have had to spend over $2000.00 to fix the brakes.
Well the pricing on the oil change was great.however when you make a appointment you should not have to wait for over a hour and the man that was coming to the lobby taking care of the public was just not very nice at all wouldn't even hardly make eye contact I just felt he should be more Friendly he was not!so no I was disappointed in his actions he was the only one we talked to.will I go back only if it is last resort blessings on improvement on the store.

Customer service was top notch. Kodey took the time to explain everything to me. I was late to the appt due to weather and they were still able to get my car in fast.
I was told for three days that the car would be done the same day and it wasn’t. They never even bothered give me a courtesy call to let me know that it wouldn’t be finished after they told me it would be. They even closed on Saturday, ANOTHER day that they told me the car would be done… they knew they would be off work all day on Sunday and didn’t bother to call me on Saturday AGAIN and tell me that it wouldn’t be finished and they would be off. I paid $2700 and some change to get this car fixed and they tried to charge me for the extra parts they got that were faulty. We ended up talking them into not charging us for the extra pieces for the car but they still made us pay the entire $2700 which I feel is ridiculous for the crappy service that I received. I also had to rent a rental car for a week because I wasn’t sure when it would be done due to them telling me it would be done on the same day for three days in a row. What was supposed to be a one day fix ended up taking a total of five days, and they did not compensate me whatsoever for the service I received.

Took my truck to get an alignment for the front end. But the mechanic told me that my gearbox was a little too loose and my idler arm on the passenger side needed to be replaced. They told me that I could come pick up my vehicle and by the time I got there I talk to the person at the front desk and they told me what the issue was face-to-face as well as over the phone. I asked them what the damage was towards my wallet, and they told me it was no cost at all made me very happy to see somebody not able to do the work to be able to diagnose the vehicle for me to get it back up and running the way it should for them to be able to do the work that is needed for the vehicle. Highly satisfied.
I made an appointment and dropped car off at 940 am for brakes to be put on. He then asked if I wanted my car back today which I find to be an absolute ridiculous question. I would not schedule an appointment then not want my only vehicle back asap. I said I would like it back in 1.5 hours to 2 and he said okay. I stopped by multiple times to check on it and noticed while up in air no one seemed to work on it and even heard the. Take someone who didn’t have appointment and complete their vehicle before mine. I didn’t get my car till 440 pm. I feel it was over priced and horrible service. What is the point of an appointment if you are just going to ignore my car?

Service could have been better. Wait time was a little long. Noticed workers walking around in service area talking on phone. Worker was working on my car and was on phone for almost 15 minutes.

When I dropped my vehicle to have the oil change and the tires rotated, after I made an online appointment, they never bothered to call me when it was completed. Also, I specifically told the Manager twice that I wanted the tires rotated. I even marked the tires. THE TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED. Customer service is very lacking at this location. I called corporate headquarters this past Friday of my dissatisfaction.

Scheduling over the phone was easy with Cody. I was in and out in less than an hour, including waiting on a part to be delivered. The mechanic was super nice and explained the issues he found with my brakes/rotor. He also showed me an engine leak and told me to take to a dealer since it is under manufacturer warranty still.

If someone puts on their appointment request multiple services and drops it off on Friday when it’s picked up on Monday all services should be done.
