You know problems and situations happen but they always maintained a great attitude about everything. And everything ended up working out.
Satisfied with customer service, timelines and professionalism. I didn’t receive an appointment confirmation nor did I know about the service recommendations until I got home.
It was okay service until the guy that service my oil came and told me that My driver side window was down. He stated it went down by itself. That was not true. There was tape on the side of the window control inside because the passenger side window switch was not working and I had tape there for over a year to remind myself, not to touch it because once it goes down. I couldn’t bring it back up so I asked him did he touch it and he said no it just went down by itself that was not true. I’ve been riding around with the switch in the back of my truck for several months now and that tape has been on my window for over A year and I know not to touch it and of course he didn’t know not to touch it. It probably even happened when he was doing a check of my truck because he did show me some things that needs to be changed. like the filter behind my glove compartment, which was filthy I needed to change that so maybe when he was checking my windows and everything inside he touched did not knowing, and he didn’t know that it would not go back up, never has ever gone down by itself without it being touched I was OK with that and I left Happy that I had gotten my oil changed
Great experience as always. Anytime I visit this store, everyone is a priority. They have an amazing staff and manager, who is very hands on with your issue. I have a pleasant experience anytime I visit.

I was told that I needed all 4 rotors when I don't actually need rotors at all. I was quoted a ridiculous price and also was charged $39.99 for the break inspection. I had front breaks done at the dealership in November and was never told I needed rotors. After my visit I took my vehicle to my step mother who was a service manager at Mais for several years. She inspected my breaks and said the rotors were fine and didn't need to be replaced. I feel like the service man tried to take advantage of me due to the fact that I was a young woman who is also seven months pregnant. It is not likely I will visit this location or any of your locations in the future. It's sad that a commission is more important then honesty especially when customers rely on you for safety involving their vehicles.

Staff are very friendly at this Midas. Problem is that they are not time efficient. I was told that replacing two tire sensors would talk “ one hours tops”. I came back an hour and half later and they said it wasn’t linked and it would take longer but no idea how much longer. I am not even sure that the job was even partially done. I couldn’t wait longer so I left. They charged for full service and said they would have finished it had I stayed. I called twenty minutes later and the technician who was working on my car said that it would take another one and half hours to link the sensors!! Now I have to commit another day of my busy schedule for completion of the job. It was a frustrating experience. I will not go back and do not recommend this Midas location unless you have all day and willing to sit there for hours for a one-hour job!
I not to long ago had a bad experience at this location and I had someone to recommend I give them another try. This new crew is amazing !!! Everybody was friendly and nice! But $17 to change a $3 lightbulb is insane !
as I arrived a technician/front desk person met me in the parking lot. He was so friendly and welcoming . I explained some things about the vehicle and he made notes and took pictures with his Ipad. The service was prompt and efficient.
The office associates were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Although, they talked me into replacing the air filter, everything else was good.
I had purchased 2 Groupon blend synthetic motor oil /tire rotation and one full synthetic oil change. Was recommended not blend for the Lexus. Could not access the account for the full synthetic Groupon. Was told 79$, but ended up 88. A longtime customer of Midas on Decker Blvd since 1993. Took truck (SUV) for squeeking back brakes. Only pads were installed, I was charged $179.00. Pads should've been warranted. Truck continued to squeek. Returned back to Decker, was told it needs rotors, cost would be 600.00. Decided to take it to another MIDAS-Hardscrabble Road, checked in at 10:30 am - left vehicle waiting for call. Did not receive a call, called at 4:00 pm, stated had not gotten to truck yet. Called back at 5:15 pm, truck still not ready, they closed at 6pm. So, I headed there and collected my truck-nothing done. No reason provided as to why? Very unsatifactory. Still need brakes checked, but will take to a more reputable company.

I came in with a Groupon and that was not communicated with the employee who checked me out.
I took my car in to get the spark plugs changed and to have a check engine light inspection. During the changing of spark plugs, damage was done to my car and then I had to use the loaner vehicle because they did not have the part that was damaged and had to wait several days before they got it. When I was called after a full week that my car was finished, it did not drive the same as when I took it in and now had a new problem with the transmission, however they told me that the car was running great when I came to pick it up. I had to bring my car back in to get it checked out and they said that it was just unfortunate and nothing wrong on their part. But again, the issue was not there before I took it in and all they did was tell me to take it to a dealership. I spent over 700 dollars to have a new problem.

The service was communicated effectively and clearly. The waiting room was clean and provided entertainment. They also provided fast and effective work to my vehicle. The workers demonstrated what repairs were needed to my vehicle for future purchases.
There were greasy hand prints on door & steering wheel as well as greasy foot prints on the carpet. I realize that working on cars is a dirty job. It would be nice if you could have a way to protect the vehicle.

I have a 2018 Volkswagen atlas. And the preset in your system states that I only need 4.7 quarts of oil for an oil change. Your techs did not do a dipstick test after my oil change, and I was sent home with my vehicle notifying me 6 hours later that my oil level was low. I brought it back the next day and it was checked and over 2 quarts of oil had to be added. The manager at this location was great and hopefully going forward the employees will be monitored better to perform the necessary tests afterwards to make sure that they did their job correctly
When my car's factory warranty expired, I began to use Midas. There has not been a time when I was not treated with the utmost respect or my car was not taken care of with the highest degree of expertise.
Poor communication as it related to Groupon ...did not realize that the Groupon was NOT for hi mileage and the cs person who was very nice did not explain it to me before the job was complete so that I could upgrade ...he explained it to me AFTER oil change.

ROOM FOR IMPROVMENT AT MIDAS
brought my own parts in to get replaced (spark plugs and valve cover gasket), was told MIDAS won't use customer provided parts, that's crazy, but ok fine, whatever......I'll remember this in the future.Someone opened the valve cover gasket packaging I brought in that CLEARLY says "if opened, cannot be returned". Manager said he's put me in the system for an oil change to make up for it which I'm ok with....but instead of telling me about the mistake initially, someone tried to put tape over it and made a poor attempt to hide the fact that it was opened. Probably an honest mistake, but no one owned up to it which is the sad part.Most all of my sensor clips were broken during the process of disconnecting them.Somehow they broke/damaged a sensor wire and replaced it, but failed to route the wires properly/cleanly and didn't put wire protector or tape on them. Just left them bare and dangling all over.professional level 6 out of 10. Taking pride in your work seems to be a thing of the past.

I made an attempt to make an appointment for my oil change on the Website. I was told that I would be contacted for confirmation. This did not happen. However, when I went to the shop at the time I had entered as my appointment time, I was greeted with the utmost professionism and expertise. I stopped going to my dealer about 18 months ago and started going to this shop at the suggestion of my husband. Since that time we have purchased tires and had oil changes. I really wouldn't go anywhere else. I matter who greets you, you can rest assured that you will be treated special! Thanks for taking care of my car!

I initially made my appointment online, and was sent an email to confirm my appointment. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. The clerk admitted that he wrote my name down wrong and was able to prioritize my Jeep. One of my services included a tire rotation, but they charged a separate fee to balance the tires, I thought that was overkill. When the dealership rotates my tires, it is understood that the tires will be balanced without nickel and diming me.
This was the best car service experience I have had in 20 years of living in this area. The staff was courteous and thorough. The technician went well beyond what I had requested in trying to identify the problem with my brakes, all while promising not to charge me an extra cent if they weren't able to identify an additional problem. The staff didn't try to upsell me on a service a single time, and their communication about what they found with the car had a level of detail and professionalism that I haven't found at other car repair locations in this area. Absolutely fantastic service.
I brought a 03 Silverado 4.3 in that was cranking but not starting. Your diagnosis was new spyder injectors for $1,500. I decided to install them myself. Cost - $169.00 for a remanufactured set and 2 & 1/2 hours. You guys charge quite the hourly fee for that. It still wouldn't start. I then replaced the distributor cap and rotor and it started right up. Runs better than it has in a long time. People hate it when they are asked to spend $1,500. for nothing. The tech said if it wasn't the injectors then my engine was shot. I would suggest that tech needs more experience.Darrel George
Everyone was so nice, polite, and very personable. The service was quick compared to other places I've been. They explained everything in detail of what I needed tk keep my car in proper working order. The chairs were also so comfortable.
I enjoyed the compassion of the staff at this Midas location. They showed how much they truly cared. I also enjoyed seeing a full detailed report of the inspection with pictures. The staff also walked me to my car and showed me the problems that were presented during the inspection. They also explained why things needed to be done in a clear and easy to understand manner. Overall, the service was very good and extremely informative. I will definitely be going back to this Midas as needed.

You advertise a coupon with a lower price. But then you add on additional fees above the taxes and all disposal fee. to me. I think this is a marketing sleight of hand, and it is dishonest.

My car was originally being serviced at ntb and was told I needed a catalytic convertor because my car started smoking during the test drive after installing breaks and rotors. Midas checked my car out and that was not the case. I already knew I needed spark plugs replaced so the expert did a manufactured check and advised what all I needed according to that. My car is running like a brand new car again. Thanks a lot for your expertise.

Because after trying my Chevy dealer I was told that I need to wait 2 weeks before they can even take a look at my truck so i went to Midas and they helped me right away and gave my truck back the same day.

I tried to schedule ahead and no one was interested. I dropped off and clearly stated I had a leaking issue, my tires and brakes are old and need to be checked, I needed an oil change, and tire rotation. I kept hounding I need the car assessed and confirmed they would call during the discovery. Instead an hour later I get a call the car is ready. I questioned the thoroughness and was told everything was fine.Instead, my tires were not rotated, they were not inflated (they were way low), my car continues to puddle oil under my car in my new driveway. Essentially I may have gotten an oil change but nothing else.
When entering the store, we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. We were taken care of immediately. While the work was being done, we were provided with a courtesy vehicle enabling us to pick up a few groceries only a mile away at Publix. While there, I received a call concerning the results of my vehicle’s inspection. Recommendations were made which included a price quote for all proposed work that was needed on my vehicle. In addition, the visit was completed within the proposed amount of time. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you, Midas.

I must have miss read the answer when I answered, I was highly satisfied.
First, the price was more than I was expecting to pay for my oil change. I asked for a fully synthetic oil be used because I noticed some hesitation after they changed my oil the last time (which was my very first time using Midas for my oil changes). I shall see how my car performs after this, my second oil change with them. And, second, while everyone was super friendly and courteous, when my car was returned to me, my radio station had been changed .
We were walk-ins who had our vehicle checked out with no wait and reviewed service needed right after that. Employees were very courteous and up front about what needed to be done now and what could wait.

I bought s Groupon that stated I have to pay tax, oil if over 5qt and a $2 disposal fee. When I was there I was told my car needs special Oil which is extra (that was adjusted) and I had to pay a service fee that was not disclosed on Groupon. I ended up paying almost $26 on top of what I already paid for a regular car. That double the price of what I had expected

I used a groupon for this service. The use of the groupon was easy. I feel comfortable taking my car to this location and feel that only necessary items will be fixed on my car and they don't try to upsale me in anything.
The staff at this location are always extremely nice, helpful, and never try to take advantage of customers. I go out of my way to always go to this location because I actual trust them. They are honest and open with me, and I reward that with my business.
