The reason I keep going to midas is the credibility and honesty. The prices won't be the cheapest but the service isn't the cheapest. I prefer to pay a little more for the quality of work and them not selling me stuff that I don't need. For example, I asked for differential fluid and he told me it's still clean and didn't need it. There was other things I wanted done but when they inspected the vehicle they said the same. To be fair I'm not a mechanic or car savvy. I love Midas.

Cost of parts & service higher when compared to other similar car shops. There is life time warranty only on the brake pad but not rotors though I replaced it together. Also other places offer 3yr warranty for rotors, at Midas I was told it’s only 1year.

I’ve used this Midas for years, the same one every time. The fact that the inspection was not done and items were listed as needing to be replaced that just got changed . Parts that are checked on the vehicle inspection that I know need to be replaced such as windshield wipers and an air filter were not even mentioned. The people were super nice and made me feel right at home. The lady made fresh coffee and they had bottled water. I do not drink coffee but it was a nice gesture regardless. They also found out that when I bought tires from a different place the place had put on one tire of a different size so I was glad they found that so I could take it back and get the correct size tire. I've always taken my vehicle to the Midas on Harbison Blvd in Columbia SC. The service technician showed me where there was minimal damage to my oil pan drain (something about the plug threads) then the same tech provides me with an oversized plug and recommended I get a new oil pan for $1200.00 . What ??? A NEW oil pan on a 2011 Chevy Impala with 234,000 miles ? That does even make sense luckily for me I know enough about cars that I can go get a oil pan plug myself. This suggestion was a total RIPPOFF

The atmosphere at this location was so pleasant. The team was so nice and the coffee was delicious! I forgot I was there getting an oil change because I was so relaxed. two of the tire stems were not put on properly. one was covered in my wheel cover and the other was bent sharply to one side with the wheel cover. i would have fixed it, but cannot bend over with health problems. will take it back tomorrow.

I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change only to find out that it did not accommodate my type of car that I have which is 2019 Nissan Altima because it takes an very expensive oil. It would be nice and beneficial for the ones that have cars that take expensive oil have discounts or coupons to every once in awhile. Great service but there’s always room for improvement
The employee was good until he tried to pressure me into getting financed. The price was ridiculous. The was not happy when I declined. Once I left and rode down the road the car shut down 4 times which it never had before. I believe that the employee did something to my car because I declined service. I have children and this is a dangerous situation that I am in now. I don't trust this company at all anymore. I am very disappointed.

Hello, I made an appointment on a Sunday for a Monday morning oil change. I got an email stating I would receive contact from the store location when they open Monday morning to confirm my appointment. I still didn't hear from anyone by Tuesday so I called the store. The gentleman that answered the phone just ignored the fact that I didn't get a confirmation call and just proceeded to schedule me another appointment. I didn't appreciate that too much because I wasn't available again until that Friday.
