I have been a customer at this Midas location for four or five years (might be longer). They recognize me as a regular customer and they seem to value that I am regular. I was in and out in 35 minutes. I asked the service staff to install an air filter that they had given me as part of a promotion last visit and they installed it with enthusiasm, a smile and for NO CHARGE! As long as I live in N. Dallas, I will take my business to this location. Was an efficient, effective and pleasant visit.

I was highly satisfied because of the coupon offer for the oil change and the tire rotation offer. I didn’t won’t it right now because i needed two new front tires but i will come back next time when i have the money for it.

I took my car to this location and was very impressed. They have the best customer service hands down and was great on checking any issues that my vehicle may or may not have. Overall, I'm very appreciative.

The price to change my brakes and labor cost for a 2018 Buick encore was quoted for $1432. Parts and labor . That price was really outrageous. I couldn’t get my brakes fixed because of the quoted price. I plainly drove away. I have been in same location a couple times but my very last experience because of the suggested price of repair was very alarming .

Service manager listens to my problem and suggest what it will take and cost to repair my problem.

I really love the staff at this location, exceptionally friendly and do not take advantage of customers. I appreciate the honesty and also unlike other Midas garages, this one doesn’t inflate prices ridiculously. I’ve referred several people here who were skeptical since Midas is known for being pricey, but this location is different. I’m really happy I found them and chose to come here for my maintenance over the free maintenance I can get at the dealership.

You service advisor / Asst Mgr was quick with the answers, explained my options and got my vehicle finished quickly. The service technician was also responsive to me and actually answered a couple of questions about the need for DEXOS 1 oil. I am not clear on whether or not I got Valvoine or Quaker State Oil......because both were mentioned but that is a very small issue. This is the second time I have been to this location and I have been pleased both times.

My brakes sound terrible like they weren?t fixed at all actually.

Went as smooth as possible

I was told that my radiator was leaking it was changed out and the next day my car ran hot. My vehicle is still leaking at this time. I had to pay over $600 for a radiator replacement. Needless to say I'm not happy at all with the service.

The Service was superlative. Quick, efficient, thorough, and priced well. Am very pleased. However they recorded the mileage as 160,000. It is actually only 135, 159. But the service was all great.
