I have been a regular customer there before and I always relied on their services as they are honest about what they do. I was told by another mechanic from Les Swab that my CV axles was bad. One of the mechanic told me that there's nothing wrong with the CV axle on the 2000 Subaru Legacy. They saved me a $500 bill.
I am terrible with my car and with my knowledge of anything to do with it is severly lacking, but no one on the team makes me feel dumb for asking questions or for not knowing. They all work well with me and my schedule and got my brakes fixed right when I needed and had it done by the end of my work day. Curtis and Jason have primarily helped me in the passed and they are great!!

My partner is a mechanic and has access to parts pricing and understands the repairs we need. You quoted us at least $1200 more than most other quotes we received for a water pump and timing chain. You were double charging us for labor costs. You quoted $2400 for water pump including 13 hours of labor, and $2400 for the timing chain with 13 hours of labor, but $4800 to do both "in case" the timing chain might go out later. We know that you need to remove the timing chain to replace the water pump anyway but we couldn't get anyone to listen to the fact that you were double charging us for labor if we did both repairs. We have it scheduled to take in to a great place near you for $3600. Won't ever be back.

Midas started working on my car right away. I brought a book to read while waiting. After a while, Steve showed me that both front axles were blown and leaking grease. He said they had the parts to replace them, but it was up to me. He said the parts would cost an additional $510. With a car this old, I decided to get them replaced before they become unavailable. I do still use this car., and Steve warned me that I should drive it more often to save the battery life. Steve offered Midas to give me a ride home and pick me up when the repairs were complete. The total cost was $574 for everything. I really appreciate Midas's skill and efficiency.

Because I broke down right in front of the location and a mechanic was able to easily diagnose the problem. After kindly and quickly coming up with a quote, I decided to keep my car there over the weekend because they were closed. They fixed our truck quickly as soon as the opened on Monday.

These guys just tried to charge me $$300 * dollars for a muffler for a 93 Jeep. OEM part only costs $33 and however much it's worth to weld it on there. Do not trust these guys they're only trying to line their pockets
