My car battery died late in the day and I contacted Jim at Midas ahead of time to see if it would be OK to drop off my car to install a new battery if we could get it started. We were unable to jump my car, so I contacted him again to let him know we would try again the next day. AAA got us going the next morning, and I called Jim to let him know we were on our way to drop off my car. As always, Jim was very accommodating and my car was back in service in about 2 hours. We have been dealing with Jim at Midas in Enfield CT for some time, and this is just one example of the wonderful service we ALWAYS receive. Great job, as always - thank you!
Friendly and fast service
I went in for an oil change, however my car is quite old and had several other issues that needed to be dealt with alongside the work I came in for. The man at the front desk was extremely friendly and explained the other issues we needed to urgently take care of in great detail. I have been to the Enfield location in the past and will continue to get work done on my car there!

Every time I have gone to this center they have been accommodating to my needs and have done an excellent job. Everything is explained if there is anything to be done beyond what I brought the vehicle for.
