They were able to get me in as soon as possible once I discovered one of my tires’ pressure was low. The costumer service was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and happy to help! When I was given my bill I was so worried about the cost, but for a whole new tire and an oil change it didn’t cost nearly as much as I thought it would! I would recommend this Midas to anyone I know in the area!

The store manager could take responsibility for things going wrong instead of repeating - there's nothing I can do about it. If it's going to take 4 hours to do my brakes, they should have told me, instead of making excuse after excuse.

The guy at desk was rude with not just myself, but also the customer setting beside me who had been there over 4 hrs for simple brake change when I left. My car was not even taken in until 40 minutes after the scheduled appt. time. When they completed the service and gave it to me, I discovered they had not rotated the tires as promised. The guy at the counter just laughed.
