From the manager to the crew we’re all very friendly, efficient, and professional! Very accommodating because my appointment was between 4-6pm. I called to tell them I would arrive around 430pm. Manager said “no problem & see you then.” Unlike the Midas in Monrovia, Ca (off Myrtle Ave), I had an appointment for an oil change. I called that I would be late because of traffic & would arrive between 415-430pm. As I arrived, the manager said that I was too late! I told him that I tried calling but no one answered the phone. Plus I showed him that I did receive the email that my time slot was 4-6pm…arriving in my time period! With about 2 other crew members, 1 car being serviced, and 3-4 empty stalls, I was still DENIED SERVICE! I was very upset & drove away.

I was highly satisfied because Gabriel Warren the stores manager assisted me with the pricing as I didn’t have the money for the oil change I needed. My family and I needed to come to California for my Sister in-laws wedding and I neeeed and oil change to make the trip. His customer service was top notch and his attitude was amazing! The man working the front counter was standoff ish and rude. He was also eating a sandwich behind the counter and then moving to the garage with the sandwich. Didn't clean his hands. Didn't use hand sanitizer. They also did not put the mileage for my next visit on the service sticker that's placed on my upper windshield.
All the people working at this Midas seemed friendly and genuinely cared about their service to the customers.

I did have to wait longer then I thought but I did not have a set appointment (just a drop by window 10a-12p) so that is okay. Once they got my car back to do the oil change it didn't take very long. Found out prev service done was NOT what was quoted. Driving months with a problem in my car that was told was done! Now since the prev mngr is gone, no one wants to take blame (comp to blame not ONE person) and no offer to disc serv that SHOULD HAVE been done before. Left and never coming back! Also over priced! I got the serv done a lot cheaper at another place.

I felt like they were fair and honest, because I Had taken my car in to also get the air conditioner looked at and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner. A lot of other mechanics may have tried to say that there was a leak or something of that nature, but the gentleman at this place did nothing of the sort.
The service mechanic who processed my oil change was efficient. I came in for a high mileage synthetic oil change and he completed the task in a short amount of time. He was an apprentice but I am sure that he will develop into a great mechanic!
