When the associate called he told me about problems they saw outside of my purchase. He informed me about an appropriate amount of time I could delay the work to be done, which I appreciated and lowered my stress. I will return to have those items repaired.
the service guy check my car and told me my car needed a brake job very badly because it was metal on metal and pressured me to buy brakes and rotors. I went home and did my own brakes job and my brakes pad weren't even half way down. I akways use to only go to midus- I doubt if i will go back!!! The new team is more about money than satisfying the customer and being honest.

I had brakes done at another Midas location that has recently closed. The previous location could not find out why my brakes were brand new pads and rotors. We’re still making high squealing sounds. So I went to this location. They found the problem within minutes warranty out to brakes and pads and explained everything and great detail
This was not my first time at Midas and I have always been totally satisfied with their work. I am a 79 year old and they were very accommodating in explaining what they would be doing and the amount.
I'm not trying to cause someone their job but the front desk man was very dishonest right from the beginning he wanted to use or charge me for full synthetic for my 2009 Toyota which is stock and that could have been an honest mistake. He wanted to replace a battery that was over 70% and I had no starting issues. I wanted an estimate for my stress and it was well $200 over then two private shops I had contacted. I noticed as I was leaving that one of the mechanics was standing on the star he was using to tighten a person's lug nuts and bouncing on it. I don't know a lot about cars but I don't think you're supposed to do that. In general everyone was nice it just seemed very shady I wouldn't go back
The team here is very accommodating and pleasant for commercial vehicles. We've gone here for years and they really stand out in terms of customer service with a smile. They also take time to explain what they did.

I purchased a Groupon for $49.99. At the service counter I was told that it did not cover my car and that I would have to pay an additional $129.99. Then the manager proceeded to say he would apply the $49.99 that I paid to the cost. I thought all of it was very misleading and figured it was due to my “European car” like they claimed. While waiting for my car service I actually learned that information was not true at all because they said the exact same thing to the next 4 customers who came in for an oil change for their vehicle with the same Groupon deal. The location is ripping off customers and it is not okay. They then proceeded to approach me while I was sitting in the waiting area two service men and woman telling me I had a leak and I needed to get it fixed while standing over me aggressively trying to have me pay for the repair their. I politely declined and left as fast as I could.
Better quality control. I came in for an oil change and when I drove home I discovered the oil completely leaked onto the parking lot floor. Midas was good enough to have the car towed back to the shop. Was told it was a faulty seal and issue was rectified. Should have never happened in the first place.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, they also found that I needed an air filter. Which I agreed to getting a replacement filter. They explained everything I needed to know.
I was in and out in 30 minutes
You still need to fix my brakes, I'm about ready to file a complaint with the Nevada attorney general's office because my vehicle is unsafe to drive. I am sick and tired of my brakes grinding and the location keeps giving a different excuse as to why it's happening.

I've already had a very bad experience with this location with an oil change when the store had another manager. I now continue to give Midas and this location my business, and I now feel like I have been completely ripped off. I even bring it up and am given some small discounts and a free oil change. Looked like people doing work were trainees with looked like a rude trainer with a smart mouth while the work needed on my car was being explained to me. My oil pan had no issues when I brought it in. If oil was leaking, they should've never touched it and explained to me beforehand. They wouldn't acknowledge fault and now I'm left with a large expense due to their negligence.

Oh my goodness first of all when I walked in I felt welcomed and important. Daniel the manager and Robert's the mechanic both worked on my car past the 6pm closing our to my amazing because I had stressed to Daniel early on that I really needed my car to get to both of my jobs I just want to thank them so much for being patient and tolerant and for going beyond for me I'm a customer for life.

Not even thirty minutes AFTER I left. I get a check engine light.
I tried calling before taking my car in, for a whole day no one ever picked up. I left a message and unfortunately no one returned my called. I had to bring my car in to Midas were I felt I was given the run around. I left my car overnight, told me they would call me once it was ready for pick up, never received a call. I had to call the following day to check if my car was ready. The problem with this was when I dropped my car off I asked the salesperson if they had the correct phone # on file, and just to make sure I gave my phone again. The day I picked up he stated they didn’t have the correct #, but that my car had been ready the day I dropped it off.

I asked to go out to work area. Talked with Kate and she walked me thru and showed me underneath my car what areas needed more attention. Never get to see underneath and I really appreciated it and her knowlege.

From the moment I entered Midas they made sure I was being taken care of immediately and I explained what’s wrong with the car and they took their time to check out my brakes and rotors and tell me what the problem was and I was out on the road not long after that service was great and fast and I will be returning with all my car needs
they checked off my liquids in my car were green when today i had to go buy coolant and windshield wash to fill.
I don't blame the issue with midas but the amount of time was really long with parts being delivered but I don't blame midas at all but the staff were very friendly and the manager made everything worth it for me to come back
My experience was quick and efficient. I asked questions and they were very responsive, answering to the best of their knowledge. I was able to determine that I will be able to return to finish the non priority tweaks in my car within a month.

I made an appointment for a brake evaluation to avoid a long wait time. I was told 2 - 2.5 hours. Not including the evaluation, I waited 5 hours, all told I waited nearly 6 hours. I was quoted 3 separate times for completion times by the Manager on duty, and all were wrong. Not only that, at one instance the manager stated, "all your parts are here but he is working on another car then he will put yours back together". By then I had already been there for 3 hours. I was offered no apology, the closest I got to one was given by a tech before handing over the keys after 6 hours " Thanks for waiting all day, Im going to take your car for a test drive now". I have no idea what kind of business this is. I am Livid.
