We already paid for a diagnostic test at another Midas location and then had to pay again because it was a different location. This makes no sense when its the same company regardless of whether they are franchises...this should be a benefit of using the same entity.

I made an appointment, letting them know that I live 1.5 hrs away and needed my air conditioner serviced. It took so long to find the problem because the mechanic was all over the place and not focused. Left with another $200 bill and they didn't have time to start repair.

I went In to get free estimate for my catlitic converter well I ended up paying 149.00 to get an accurate diagnosis then I would have had to have all thw work done that day if I didn't want to pay another 149.00 if I came back a week later so the next day I called to see if their was any type of warranty, I was told it is a 1 yr manufacturer warranty and that I would also have to replace the o2 sensors, this was not told to me at the time I was there so I shopped around and found someone who is honest about their prices

I was experiencing a tire pressure loss and couldn't get any help from the local Firestone shop. I then called Midas in Redlands for better customer service and Tyler was extremely friendly, professional, and quick to invite me in immediately to take care of the problem. Not only that but the job was finished in under 30 minutes! Next time, Midas will be my FIRST stop.
My vehicle should have been worked at my scheduled appointment time not 40 minutes later. So I left because and didn’t do the service. I also noticed that there were problems with the employees and no one seemed to know how to do a wheel alignment.
Wow, I was really surprised by this visit to Midas. I ended up here accidentally because the other place was busy. With my 1964 1/2 Mustang, I wasn't sure who would have the right oil filter and be able to work on a 59-year-old car. It turned out that Jill, the manager, knows all about classic Mustangs. She helped find the right part, told me about her family's Mustangs, let me (supervised) go into the shop to take pictures underneath the car, and generally made sure I was treated just right. Danny, the guy who did the oil change, talked me through what he did as well. Overall, I got a much more personalized, friendly visit than I ever would have expected from a national chain. This was a great experience! Jill and her team are wonderful!

The price has gone up for a synthetic change without reason, it's now above competitors. I bought my own filter which was above the steering wheel and it wasn't used even though mentioned to manager at check in. Wanted a tire manager says knows nothing about products on website but could order. I think they should know. Also got my car manufacturer lists 5 weight as alternative and says it is safe for the engine vs zero weight. Manager didn't know this and I asked for 5 and was refused since car didn't call for it but didn't want to argue. They also usually try to sell me an air or cabin filter at 3/4 times the cost of an oem replacement , too much Mark up.
I was at the Redlands, CA location and I just have to say I felt very informed and attended to about what needed to be done with my vehicle. As a woman it’s sometimes hard to not feel talked down to or taken advantage of and I did not feel this once at this location. Great employees who all deserve a raise. Please do this for these people. I witnessed them working hard and having a smile on their face. Will be coming back for certain.

We are a repetitive customer with Midas. However our recent two visits have been exceptionally awesome. It appears there was a change in management and it was definitely shown. Jill is an exceptional manager with the thoughtfulness, understanding, and concern for our financial well-being our time window and all that needed to be completed on our Honda Odyssey van. She was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done, how to deliver that information to the techs and how to deliver this unfamiliar information to us as a concerned customer. Our experience needing services at Midas both times recently has really settled our nerves and now that our vehicles are completed as promised with the amounts quoted are van feels and tip-top shape and we feel very safe driving it again. I visited Midas at the first place to change my break pads after few days the car break lights is always on and the Car stopped to accelerate when a hit the gas paddle i went back again to Midas and they charge me $169 for only inspection they said this is electrical problem that is doesn't make sense why this happened after i change the break pads

The manager Jill at the Redlands CA Midas is exceptional. She helps you any way she can. She called me to keep me updated on the progress of my car service. She is honest and doesn't try to make you get work done that is not necessary. I have had my tires replaced here and now recently had my front brakes replaced and an oil change done.
