I went to Midas for an oil change & to replace burned out lights. I asked them to let me know how much it would cost to repair my power steering pump. They were able to easily repair my power steering pump & it was well within my budget.

I needed to have the 5 bolts replaced on my L rear tire. The manager quoted me a price over the phone, and I said to use the old nuts, as there was nothing wrong with them. I got there after the work day to discover that the manager had ignored my instructions and replaced the nuts and threw away the old nuts. The issue was reported to Midas Corporate and I received a compensation check.
