There won't be a "next experience" at Midas for me. So really there is nothing you can do.
Midas gave my lug lock key to someone else so when I returned to for my oil change and tire rotation, they couldnt unlock the wheels. Manager tried to deflect and said he hasn’t been at location long. The mechanic remembered me and knew he performed that maintenance last time. Manager said nothing to mechanic about the mistake and offered me no apology nor any mention of replacement. He told me that’s is why he doesn’t have those on his car. So Midas makes a mistake and it’s my fault? Instead he tells me I can go pay the 5 dollars per locking lug to get them removed at tire discounters. At no point was a replacement key offered.

Making an appointment was very smooth and able to get a time the next day. The customer service was excellent...both Ed & Terry made sure I understood the repair needs and explained the process well. All employees were very nice and friendly. Pricing was fair and all coupon/discounts were applied to help with the cost. They also explained very well the payment plan option in case I needed. Getting the parts needed from O'Reilly took MUCH longer than Midas thought it would take which delayed the repair so I feel I spent an hour longer there for work to be completed then it should normally take but not technically fault of Midas location and they made sure I was taken care of during the wait. I give very high props to Ed for personally going to O'Reilly to get the parts to expedite the repair since parts vendor had a delivery staff shortage. And Terry moved quickly and efficiently to get the repair done once the parts arrived. Overall the experience was very pleasant, efficient work and I would come back to this location for future maintenance as well as recommend to others. Thanks Ed & Terry for getting my brakes back to perfect working condition. :-)

They didn't have the brakes I needed, and the advanced auto they get parks from kept sending the wrong part. I had to wait 3 hours to get my front brakes and rotors changed. Thats just unacceptable. The only saving grace was the manager. He communicated with me throughout the processes about the mishap and he also help resolve it. He needs a raise or bonus or something because he's the best thing to happen to that place

I walked into this store because the place I had been going I had went three time in the past week and it was never open and my change oil light had come on. I paid in full for four brake rotors and four break pads but the mechanic didn’t replace one break rotor. I found this issue once I’ve come back home. Also, the mechanic made a serious problem during the repair process which costs $500 extra cost. I can’t understand how Midas hire this very low quality mecgsnic. I felt that I am ripped off.

The Pricing was not transparent. Charles didn't apply the 15% Costco members discount, even though he said that he did it. I trusted him, but upon reviewing the invoice later I didn't see the 15% discount applied to any other service other than Wheel Alignment.I called him Friday Morning, he asked me to come, when I went, he said he cant take me as he is all alone due to situation at his place and he was by himself. He also said that he will apply some additional discount as a courtesy. So I went in next day, but neither did he applied any additional discount but he did not also apply the 15% Costco members discount (except for wheel alignment) for other services which I did. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

My Yukon had been vandalized in a storage unit. Catalytic converter had been stolen (cut from underneath the car) and 02 sensors, and break line cut. I called Midas around 0930 and had the car to them around 1030. They had pre-order the parts that I needed and were awaiting me to bring the vehicle in. I am from out of town and keep the Yukon to travel back and forth to Knoxville. I had to be in Knoxville today. They repaired my vehicle completely before the end of their work day. I am retired military and have traveled all over the country. I had only used Midas 2 times before now. If the rest of your Midas Stores provide the EXCELLENT customer service and "family type atmosphere" this will not be the last time I use Midas. A huge "Thank You" goes out to that team of Professionals. They are the epitome of what excellent customer service should look like. Highly professional service from Mr. Charles Pace. I did not have an appointment. The windows on my 2013 EDGE would not open. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and had his technicians to repair it in a timely fashion while I waited. He was friendly and knowledgeable with all of the customers who came in on the day I was there (Monday, July 11, 2022; from about 11 am to 3:30 pm). My windows work perfectly now and hopefully all your employees at all MIDAS stores are as good as Mr. Pace.
I went in for brakes , I payed lots of money I was over charged . My car was making a noise less than 24 hrs after the service . I called Charles I spoke with him previously so I called back . He tried to get me to buy other parts that aren’t needed instead of telling me that they would fix the issue . He was nice at first but when I came to him with an issue he quickly had an attitude .

Midas failed to complete the alignment and still charged me. I had told them that another alignment shop had just charged me $110, told me $300 more to do a complete alignment with camber adjustments. Midas said $79 to adjust everything camber, caster, and toe. 1 hr later couldnt adjust the camber without drilling the hole in the knuckle wider to allow adjustments, that would be an additional 2-3 hours labor. I found that they could ordere a couple of camber adjustment bolts for under $20.

He told he filled the water in the wiper tank bit it was not done..and h charged 8.5 dollars extra more than the groupon coupon price . Took twice as long as expected to complete a standard $29 oil change. Ended up forgoing the tire rotation but they did offer a raincheck on it.
