Great Service

The employees are amazing!

My car lost its brake fluid due to a fluke plastic bag damaged my brake line and sensor when it snagged. They were able to patch it up and get me back on the road for a reasonable price.

Mgr and employees were all professional. I had something making noise under my car. They found a wite stuck there that did not belong. I will be back.

They marked off a couple of things on the inspection sheet and they didn't explain why it was marked. If I didn't trust Jim, I'd never go to midas at all. I'm grateful for how he helped my son when he worked there.

Being over charged was the main thing. I live in Peoria but have a brother who lives in Chicago and is a mechanic. I already knew I was being over charged but talking to my brother today this was almost 3x the price he would charge so no I won't be back to them ever again. And I did business with them on a couple occasions before this last visit

Having clear costs of what each item costs. So people know what to work with. Also giving back everything that was in the car when the job started. My hub caps are no longer on my vehicle. Also a time frame and being able to communicate with the customer when the service is done or nearing completion.

Paid for an alignment and was not preformed asked for a data sheet and was told that the computer was broken. Whole process took twenty minutes

The whole stuff was amazing. They got my appointment very quickly. They found several issues with my call. Called me to explain in detail what needed to be completed now and the few other things could be put on the back burner for now. They made sure my car was safe and ready for a long trip coming up. I can't thank you enough for how well you took care of me and my car service.

The email i got said 29 dollar oil change with free tire rotation n if you use full synthetic oil will take 20 dollars off or it said we will take 20% off i dont remember with one n neither one happened so i wont bring my vehicle back to you guy nomore or send anybody to you guy

I knew that I needed brake pads and possibly rotors as well. They inspected the vehicle and let me know exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. I appreciated that they told me what parts were good and didn't replace unnecessary parts. They told me how long it would take and actually finished the job earlier than expected. I return to this Midas store even though it is several miles from me because of the great service.

I came to midas back in July and had an inspection done on my vehicle. While i was there i decided to have them also do an oil change ( instead of going somewhere else) to save time. Not even due to have an oil change and find out today that my oil is bone

Even though I declined the service inspection, I did ask to have the tire rotated. By the marking, I put on the tires it was not done.

Shady mechanics had my vehicle check engine light on and all they were supposed to do was recharge my air conditioning.

I went to Midas in Pekin they gave me an estimate of $2700. I went to a local mechanic and ended up spending $600. Not very nice to try and sell me things I don't need.
