The manager, Tony, was very accommodating as I was about ten minutes late to my appointment but they were still able to see my for my oil change. I also had a free tire rotation coupon that they were able to honor and take care of for me. I waited for my car there and it was done in under 45 mins!
Everything went according to plan, and the prices were better than other quotes I got.

Called a number of automotive repair place including another Midas. This particular location understood that the person answering is the first impression a potential customer gets. This Midas location is much further away than another close to the house. The Midas location ( 90th st.) close to my house, did not answer the phone at first. when I called back a lazy voice said the manger was out doing something. I decided on the location on Scottsdale Rd after I got such a good encouraging response from the people who answered the phone. Terrance took initial call, Raymond, made the appointment and I learned Alex is the manager who trained these employees and understands how important customer service is to to a potential customer who does not want to be there in the first place. After calling several repair facilities and even another Midas location, I can say with 100% certainty when I called Alex, Raymond and Terrance " they got me at Hello"
It's only my first visit with Midas. But now that this is my second time. I am Highly Satisfied with your Store Manager Alex Thompson and this Stores team of mechanics and I believe his name is Matthew, Midas Sale Associate he was there Thursday morning and helped me and if not for Mr. Thompson speaking to me, I would of taken my vehicle to another auto dealership. The general manager and his associate were very friendly. I called in the morning and they were able to get my service done the same day. They explained everything thoroughly and I feel like I got a good deal for my money.

I paid for a royal flush and all my fluids in the vehicle are dirty and low. They didn't properly do the rear rotors. Overlooked an oil leak. Told me the leak was transmission fluid when I came back, filled the transmission fluid (which is also $300 now to flush and clean because they did that), it's not transmission it's OIL leaking profusely through my entire underside of car. I paid 2800$ for terrible service.

Our 10:30 am app’t arrived 15 minutes early. At 11:15 am I asked if we should return another day but was told it was going in next. Left at 12:14. But was charged for oil filter $5.00. But charged my credit card $11.87. Now being duped into paying more changes my mind about the Midas way of doing business. I therefore will not ever ask for your assistance. The technicians failed to reset my ‘maintenance required’ warning on my dash and also didn’t provide me with a sticker on my windshield for when my next service should be. I also don’t think the windshield washer fluid was refilled.
They explained that my groupon didn't cover the brake pads that my car needed and worked with me to still get the value for my groupon, but also giving me the pads the car needed, machining the rotors so the new pads wouldn't wear out prematurely, and a brake flush.
When a customer has an appointment time, honor that appointment time. I was told the alignment would take 60-90 minutes. I got my car back 3 hours later, leading me to believe they didn’t touch my car until at least an hour and half after my appointment time. What’s the point of having an appointment if it means nothing.

Scheduling was difficult. Never received a phone call, just unprofessional emails saying not this date. Emails were unprofessional because they did not have punctuation or capitalized words. Neither did they say no and then offer other openings in the schedule. I had to submit an online request 3 times only to get a crappy email to confirm an appointment.
Joe was a big help in explaining everything necessary for my vehicle. And the tech Luis did a great job. The only thing that concerns me is the high labor rate and that it’s not spelled out in a per hour manner.

I brought my car in to get the check engine light checked out. The service rep told me that I have a computer problem and did not charge me at all. What he told me made a lot of sense. This is why I bring my car to Midas for service.

Once again they try to con me into getting brakes. Even after I just replaced them a few months before. Along with telling me I needed a new battery which was charging at 97%. I'm thankful for the free oil change but please stop trying to scam people into getting things they don't need. They also told me my shocks were leaking which is absolutely ridiculous.

I had a Groupon, and had paid in advance. Upon completion of the work, I was charged $5.40 disposal fee. This was not mentioned at anytime previously. The following day, I got a text offering the same service for $20 less than the Groupon price. Seems pretty petty. I also overheard a mechanic speaking to another customer about her car. He quoted $209 to diagnose why her check engine light was on and an additional $209 to diagnose why her ABS light was on. That is EXTREME! Not even an offer to apply the cost to repairs...in today's world where diagnostics are done by computer, I felt that the shop was gouging her. Based on this, I would not consider having any work done on my vehicle by any Midas shop. I have shared this story with several friends and every one of them have had the same reaction; disbelief in the amount quoted for a diagnosis, and disgust with the business practice..
The place needs to be better kept. Dillon should not be left in charge his customer service and communication skills with customers is terrible
I had an apt. for an oil change. I understand Midas is not Jiffy Lube, but I was told that my oil change would take 90 minutes? So I left and came back at 90 minutes after receiving an up sale text and phone call. After declining the up-sale, I was told that my vehicle would be complete within 15/20 minutes....Once i returned to the facility I still had to wait another 30 minutes...while I appreciated the price, 2 hours for a oil change was a bit long.
I had a piece that went defective after less than a year and when I called, they informed me of the warranty, which was great! They honored it and fixed my car fairly quick, which was such a relief.

The team made this as easy as possible! I simply made a phone call, let them know about the issue with my tire, dropped off the car, and they had the issue resolved within two hours (for a very reasonable price I might add!). For the most part, the service was good. There were problems however, so basically a one day service visit turned into a 2 day service visit. The manager was helpful and went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with their work once it was done, and they even did some things I didn't expect as a bonus so that was nice. I will return to this Midas shop again in the future.

Did the oil change BUT found multiple things that were tampered with that never had an issue before going to Midas. Hoses were loosened, rack and pinion magically started leaking really bad ( 1 quart of fluid every day). And had to replace a Y heater hose because it was razor cut. It was obviously tampered with. NEVER EVER going to Midas again.
