The entire experience was very efficient. I brought my vehicle in on a Thursday afternoon and the work was complete on Friday morning. The technician walked me around my vehicle to show/explain the issues. The store also provided me a loaner vehicle without me asking them to do so.

Well I came in with a coupon so I was thinking I would b paying that price, although I truly appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness. But after they were done they had noticed a problem with the brakes and how the last person who worked on vehicle put the front brakes on broke rods. Now I never noticed this problem but after I left it sounds like my car is falling apart in the front.

Our RAV4 is 14 years old and recently it developed a hole in the exhaust pipe between the muffler and the manifold. The Midas folks diagnosed the problem immediately and welded in a new piece of pipe for us. They also replaced and serviced the rear brakes
