Address my concerns about material pricing. Instead of sincerely acknowledging that the markup was 80% on pads and rotors, the associate actually lied to me about the markup % (saying it was 70%) and then tried to mislead me that I had a lifetime warranty when it was only for the pads and not for the rotors when we were discussing the latter. Either way, it was wrong and disrespectful. Then he shockingly tried to offer me as a "good" offer an $80 oil change when I actually just paid $50 for an oil change like he was actually offering something of value! I called the corporate level customer service two days ago and still waiting for a contact back. I spoke with Sharon. In any event, I think 80% markup on materials is egregious and I want a partial refund.

midas installed my all terrain tires. and after going home i noticed that the steering wheel is not straight and vibration on steering wheel is very noticeable. after two days i went back to midas on hoping they could help me. they said they couldn’t help me because i should know why i have too much vibration because of my tires. i begged for them to check my tires and they did. after almost 2 hours and a half. they fixed everything. i was so happy and very thankful after they fixed my car. steering wheel straightened and no more vibration on steering wheel

You need people that can stay on course. My appointment was at 3:30. I hope they’re at 3:15. No one was infront of me and they didn’t start to help me until 3:40. One guy was fiddleing around with the computer and walking in and out of the building. The other was helping one person and that took forever. Then when they finally helped me he asked me same questions twice while making a phone call to another customer. Like you’re helping me not someone else. I woke customer service too but I was less than happy with the wait time and just the way the customer service went. The car had oil all over the steering wheel, door and seat. But it seems to be running fine and the check oil light is off. So I guess I got what I paid for. No one will probably read this but I guess it’s better than me leaving it as a Yelp review. Also maybe spruce up the place a little. It doesn’t have to look and smell like a place only dudes go to. Thanks for listening.
Staff were friendly and communicative. They showed me what was stuck in my tire. This was my second visit and both times I was very satisfied with the friendliness and communication from the staff.
I was satisfied with every aspect of the facility until manager called me a liar by stating that customer service don’t make mistakes while I am sitting and listening. I made appointment for 2 cars and customer service didn’t mentioned with the appointment. Managers comment is unacceptable to assume I am lying for 2 cars appointment, not knowing my conversation.

He is a great asset to Midas - very professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had been a customer of Midas for the past years and it’s always Milton who I looked for always. I know that I am in good hands with any issues of my car problems. He needs recognition for a job well done. It’s not only to me but all customers he has served.
The technician give me some ridiculous recommendation for my vehicle the total is .more than $1500. I have my own mechanic and I used to work for Toyota so I understand what is my vehicle really need. So far it’s just need a serpentine belt but not that desperately they gave me a quote about 700 to change the belt but my mechanic will only charge me about 100 including parts and labor. Midas has very bad reputation to rip people off and I know that more than 10 years ago. But not everyone has lack of knowledge about automobile. Please stop doing that in order to bring more customers back!

If an apt is set for a certain time and the employees call back to confirm the time and date of the APT. It should follow its schedule. I was informed that the guys were running behind, i asked for a time frame to which they informed me that they would call. went to run an errand and lunch. After 2.5 hours with no phone call, I walk in and noted "it was next". I stared at my car in the parking lot untouched for another 45 mins I had enough and was going to be late for work, i asked for my keys back to which they made me wait another 10- 15 mins. im patient and very understanding, i work retail so i can empathize with most. But again, If the customer sets up an apt and Midas calls back to CONFIRM the time and date. MIDAS should hold responsibility keeping their schedule. I wasted almost 4 hours of my day and jeopardize my job with the lack of respect and mindfulness of the customer.
There is a man named Shawn Black working at the counter, and his personality, professionalism, and knowledge made me feel safe and secure with my decision. Shawn is the reason I am now a life long customer.
The service associate Shawn was so friendly and kind and knowledgeable but his coworker kept making fun of him and giving him a hard time. Shawn mentioned that he is in transition right now and I wonder if midas promotes bullying people who’s lives are already hard enough?I would return for the great service but definitely disappointed in the culture.
I have a push start vehicle and something that bothered me was when k walked to my car it was left on and had been for at least 20 mins because I left for a moment. I got in my car and called to complain and the guy I spoke with was very condescending. After waiting for hours and paying over $500 the last thing I want to do is have to fill my tank because someone left the car running for 20 mins

I was told my phone was not accepting voice mail. I received voice mail later that day but the reason that Midas tried to contact me was because my requested tires were not available. I don't understand why Midas did not send an email to convey this information. I was told this when I arrived at the location. After the visit, I received a cashback offer from a different credit card than the one I used to pay. I wanted to debit the card I paid with and pay with a new card but was told this was not allowed.
Shawn helped me and was super communicative and when i had other problems he explained in a clear and kind way. He was not forceful, he was not demeaning, he was extremely respectful and answered basic questions in a honorable way!

Overall, the entire oil change took 40 minutes. It was the fastest I've ever experienced. The associate was extremely helpful, and answered all my questions. Customer service has always been beyond excellent at this Midas. The pricing however has gone up significantly. An oil change cost more than the dealership. The dealership pricing for an oil change also includes vacuum and a car wash. Please lower back your prices to retain more customers.

Techncially, since I checked "not at all likely" to return, there is nothing you can do to improve my next experience since there will not be one. But, the reason for that is that I am going to find a place that sells road hazard insurance where the seller does not still me a $52 "labor" fee. What kind of coverage is that? Considering that fee and what I got, that just amounts to a 50-60% discount on some tire that I could have just bought outright. So call it a discount, not coverage. p.s. My son, who went back to pick up the tire, said that they required cash payment. What is going on?? Whatever THAT is, I will not be a part of it in the future. Good luck.

I came in to check on my suspension (shocks), exhaust (muffler), and brakes AND to obtain an oil change. The associates spent a lot of time inspecting the truck to make sure that I only received the work I needed. Everyone was friendly.
My rear brakes were fixed. No more squeaking noise.
Needed major repairs to the front axel. The repairs were done at a reasonable price. Parts needed to be brought in for the repair but the work was completed earlier than anticipated.

I’ve been coming to this location since 2010. The staff has been so accommodating, friendly and treat everyone well. Their general manager Milton is always greeting me like an old friend. Eddie also helped me this time around and he’s great as well.

Whoever I doing the scheduling on the phone is definitely not communicating with the service manage! She scheduled me for a 2:30 pm appointment, but my car did not get serviced until after 3:30 pm, that’s an hour waiting for nothing! Not counting waiting another hour for completely being taken care of! The service manager was very apologetic for the inconvenience, but he said he brings this problem up at every meeting. I guess whoever is at these meetings is not listening to the people that are servicing the customers, the ones that sit in the waiting areas for over two hours for a simple oil change.

My son and I waited three hours to get an oil change done. We came in at 3 o'clock and stayed there until the place closed at 6 waiting for the change to get done. There were numerous cars ahead of us and we were not told ahead of time this would happen. T

I noticed that they had not rotated my tires after my oil change/tire rotation.Had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to do it. Make sure to check your tires before you go in to make sure they don't skimp on this!!

My water pump gave out and Midas got it repaired and me back on the road quickly. They diagnosed the problem on the weekend and had it repaired by Monday. Quicker than I had thought they could do.

Got a deal for synthetic oil and tire rotation. Thought it was a good deal until I saw that my tires were not rotated. The windshield wiper fluids were not filled. I?m thinking they didn?t use the synthetic oil too. Disappointed..

The reception was great. People are very friendly. I came in for an oil change and they asked if there are other concerns apart from what I came in for that needed to be looked at. And they review service recommendations with you after the service is done.
