When I came back to pick up my vehicle they explained all the problems it had during inspection and had a quote prepared for me. Also he helped me use a coupon to lower the cost of everything all in all extremely good customer service.

I was traveling and heard a noise in the rear of my car. The staff at the Dodge City mitis were extraordinarily helpful. They provided both verbal explanation, written estimate, as well as a digital link so I could review what their recommendations were. In addition, they were able to get the part and fix my car, so that I could depart in a timely fashion. in light of the fact that I could’ve had my rear tire lock up and freeze on the roadway, it was just a blessing all the way around and the staff there were phenomenal. If I lived in Dodge City, I would definitely bring back my car to this Midas .

Loved the appt scheduling on the website. So easy and someone actually emailed me back to confirm the appt. I thought the overall price was probably 10 to 15 bucks more than I expected but everything is going up in price these days so not to bad. I loved the speed at which the job was completed. Esteban and Montgomery were outstanding to talk with.

I felt like an hour to patch a tire and replace a sensor in the same tire is way to long I have have patched tires myself and it should only take about 30 min even to do a thorough job
