Steven is the best. We always take our vehicles to Midas due to the quality of work and the convenience of Saturday appointments. We also have a Midas Credit Card which is nice with the no interest offerings.
Have better and more flexible options for people to pay for repairs. If your going to Charge for a diagnostic then then expectation is to find all the issues in that diagnostic. I received a free diagnostic and they found at least 4things that were extremely bad and the cost was half the price that I was charged at midas for just one engine mount! One!!! Pricing isn't morally accurate, and paying $90 for a engine diagnostic and only found one issue that you can clearly see from just opening the hood. I was totally scammed for the Labor cost and the actual damage to my car was completely overlooked and that tells me that they didn't actually inspect my engine. My car and my life could have been damaged. Shame on you guys

I brought my vehicle in for a unknown noise under the hood. Steve who was the service writer Explain to me that my AC pulley was Going Out and needed to be replaced. He kept me in the loop through the entire service. 5 stars in my opinion at this location.

Do what I ask for inflate my tires
I was told I needed something fixed. And after taking my car to the dealer I was told that the part was working fine. This has happened before with Midas employees telling me I need things fixed when I don’t. I believe the owner is pressuring the guys to up- sale.

A week later after spending $531 to have the engine light repair completed, the engine light came back on, I took the car back to Midas, and it cost me more than $2000 for whatever repair it was, they said needed to be done in order to have the engine light, turned off, and insisted that the warranty that I have in the car, which I have and pay for, wouldn’t cover any of it. I just feel like I was price-gouged, and taking advantage of.
We are traveling and just stopped for an oil change. Don’t use Midas at home.

I called about my existing batteries and was informed to bring my vehicle into Midas, and that they would check my batteries and replace if required. When I arrived, they greeted me and then checked both batteries, explained the procedure of how they were checking the batteries, informed me my batteries were in good shape and that if required come back and they would replace. Great customer experience.

I’ve been to several different automotive places; Jiffy Lube, TireWorks, etc. This was my first experience with Midas. I purchased a Groupon for this visit. I scheduled an appointment and this was the smoothest process that I’ve ever had in regards to having work done on my vehicle. I was actually running a little late for my appointment. I called to let them know that I’d be about 10 minutes late and the guy said “no problem, just make it here safely “. That was great to hear. I made it and the lobby was clean and they even offered snacks to my daughter. She had just eaten so we politely declined the snacks. They showed her an area which had toys to play with! I got my oil change and was on my way. Love this Midas location. I will definitely be back!

I stumbled across Steven and his crew a few years ago when another location was booked for the day. I had a awesome experience dealing with Steven and David. I continue to go back and tell anyone what a great shop its is.
Called the day before..was quoted it would be $140. To replace auxuillay battery, told it would be less then an hour if I arrive around 2. When I got there the man took my info. When I said I didnt want to give my email..he made one up..I told him that was not exceptable..since he would be sending my personal info to a stranger...I gave him my yahoo mail...somehow you got my gmail account..so clearly he did not change the full address. (yahoo and emaiil the same...he had made up a gmail accout) TOTOLLY UNACCEPTABLE to make up an email address. Then he takes my keys ...comes back and says have a seat...I asked what is happening..thinking he was just going to check the computer readout to see was the check engine code was..he says it will be at least an hour before they can check..I asked how much the battery would be since I knew that was the code..he gives me a price of 290..I explained I called the day before and josh told me 140..he says well that bad management???? WHAT??? Took my keys back and left..WILL NEVER GO BACK..AND WILL ALWAYS TELL ANYONE TO NEVER USE MIDAS!!!

I would like a phone call from the corporate level. I had a brake fluid change and engine coolant change done and it was not done correctly. I brought the car to 2 other auto shops nearby and both shops said that the work that was done was not done correctly. I brought the car back to Midas and the staff was very courteous and friendly. The mechanic offered to redo the work while I watched. I personally saw him do the work incorrectly. I have pictures of the fluids and way more details that I am happy to share. I would like a full refund for the work that was done.

The staff stayed in touch and explained what was going on and didn't add ridiculous charges on just for the sake of it. They already had to access a particular problem and were able to fix another issue without charging like they weren't already in the area.

Showed up on a Saturday morning with a check engine light on and unable to pass a smog test. They took me right in. They called and said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I had them replace it and the car was ready an hour before it was promised. Very reasonable price. When I picked the car up, they stated that it had been cut in 2 places because someone attempted to steal it. I was told to contact my insurance company to see if they would cover it. I was able to file a claim and it was covered by my insurance company.I went back a week later and had my serpentine belt replaced, oil changed, and coolant flushed for a Very reasonable price. Took it right in and had it done in 3 hours.
As a woman I hate coming to these places alone. Companies like this prey on single women with price gouges and unfair scare tactics. All the prices for services are randomly assigned with little to no consistency. Based more on how much the rep thinks you should pay than what the service is actually worth. Completely ripping people off.
This location was close so I tried it out. I had been dealing with the Dealership, and was extremely disappointed. I am so fortunate to have found this Midas and hope whatever my car needs they can get the parts and do the work!!They have my trust which the Dealership never had. Also my respect for their professional behavior and upbeat atmosphere. They're the best, I feel grateful.

After the service, the car started making a big noise I drove back to the store to find out that the oil cap was left open and oil splashed all o ever the engine, ever since my engine light is on, I'm forced to take my car to BMW to check if oil leaked to the engine, but I what was suppose to be an easy worry free oil changed turned to a nightmare, also I don't appreciate the way I was treated, kept in the dark no communication, the technician was just worried about how much I paid for the services witch was advertised by Midas, and I after finding out I paid the 45 dollars he cut the conversation and the service short.

I had gone to another place for which I had made an appointment. I arrived 10 minsnprior amd told that it would be a 5 hour wait even though I had an appt. I went to Midas and he, though they were also very busy, was able to get me in that day. It was my ONLY day off so it meant a lot.

Previous mechanics had done a cheap “band-aide” style fix on my coolant hose couplings and even though it took longer than we expected, the mechanics here fixed it and physically showed me why it was happening and why it took extra time. They were professional, communicative, and transparent which was refreshing
