Complications with tire delivery caused me to have to pick up my car without getting my front tires replaced; as I needed my car back to commute to work. Originally was supposed to have the vehicle back the same day, was dropped off at 9 am. Got the car back around 3-4 pm the following day. Can’t say it’s the locations fault. Just miscommunication. Customer service and work provided was great! No complaints. Just would’ve been nice to get everything squared away in one visit.

It was explained to me that my tie rods were in really bad shape. I was told that it would take about 3 hours to do this work. It was completed in 2 1/2 hours, so that was nice. It is also nice that they offer to take you home while the work is being done, rather than have the customer just sit there. I however, chose to wait, and the TV channel was changed for my entertainment. The staff was very pleasant and professional.
This store is my go to for all service on my car. They never pressure sale you into anything even when you think you may need a service done, they are honest and will tell you, "yes this will need to be done soon, but not right now" Good discounts as well.

Our garage floor had oil spots when we parked the car after the oil change. We returned to Midas the next day and were told that the techs had been rushed and did not do a thorough cleanup. Later the check tire icon lit up. We took the car to Costco and they said one tire had too much pressure and the tire pressure sensor had not been properly reset. So both the oil change and the tire rotation were unsatisfactory and required follow-up visits to correct.

I arrived at 9:45 am for a 10 am appointment. My car was not moved into a bay until 45 minutes later. The car took 45 minutes to service, which is pretty much normal. My total time at Midas was 1:45…I was told they were short technicians, hence the delay, and the ones that were working were backed up. I will say the new manager is friendly and trying hard to be successful and take care of customers. He needs support from his senior management team, to build a local team thru aggressive recruiting..
