As I put in my Google review, the staff were incredibly friendly, informative and knowledgeable, they explained all of the processes and the prices and helped me to understand how the costs breakdown in terms of the life span of the parts I was buying, and even gave me a loaner car overnight so I could get to work the next day which I was not expecting from a car shop!!!
I like the owners. I have been coming to Midas for years with my various cars I have owned. I also have the Midas credit card which helps with paying things over time.
Jess and Justin worked hard to fix my transmission cooling line problem. Unfortunately immediately after I picked up my Mountaineer the lines still leak badly. I had to take my vehicle back in for more repairs.

I have been going to this Midas for years, but now all the old people were no longer there and the new people did not know or look at the service history of my car. They recommended services that had just been done a few months earlier (for example they said my brake fluid needed changing, but when I asked when the last time it was changed they looked it up and then said: "Oh, it was just done in August, so it does not need to be changed at all (while the report said that the color of the fluid indicated that it should be changed... That did not make me feel good, I always thought they knew what the history of my car is (I have been going there for all my services for years, so that is disappointing
I got an oil change, I specifically asked if they'd check my power steering fluid, it was low, they didn't check it or add it until I asked again. They didn't reset the oil change timer, I'm not 100% certain they did an oil change. I paid a lot for the breaks, other than the sound they were making, I don't notice any difference stopping, for that price I'd expect a better stop.
Was told appt time was an hour before what was on book, which meant I couldn't wait for vehicle. The Inspection tagged items that should be fixed and most were already fixed or changed on vehicle. Belt that was changed wasn't worn at all, increasing my total by over $250. Completely lost trust in bringing my car to Midas for service.
I was quoted approximately 550.00 for the new window. I agreed to that price. Picked up the vehicle and when I went to pay they charged me over 700 dollars. The rep said that there was a 200 dollar fee for the diagnosis. I was under the impression that the diagnosis fee was only to be paid if I declined the work. Also, when they called me with the price he did not include the diagnosis fee at all. He said total price was 500 dollars.

Prior to this service, I’ve stopped at this shop to have tires checked and was not charged. This extension of customer service prompted me to use them when I was in need of service.
I needed my car's back brakes repaired. The Midas location did it in the time they said it would take. I now drive without worrying if my brakes will give out.
I was able to get an appointment easily. My truck brakes were fixed in a timely basis. I was able to get a loaner vehicle so I could go to my pre-planned event.
The customer service was great! I felt what was communicated to me was honest and with interest in helping me stay safe and within my budget. Service was quick, and I was even able to get an unexpected tire change done the same day, which was super convenient and appreciated.

Communicate issues. Communicate when the car will be ready. Communicate when the car is not ready. Communicate when the wrong part is ordered and it will take longer. communicate that the car seat is being taken out and that you are not reinstalling it. Wipe the car down when you e had it gif s week and the car is dirtier than when it was dropped off.
Patricia, Jim and Charlie were great. They worked with Valvoline to cover part of the repair and find the part needed. The part was back ordered, no fault of Midas. Once the part came in they did the repair. They kept me in constant contact and let me know when it would be available for pick up.
It appeared they try to oversell services to me and several others.
I have taken all my cars there since moving to the area. The staff, especially Charlie has always been friendly, explains everything in detail.
I like that there are Loaner cars. The owners are nice and run a fair mechanic shop. I like that Midas uses a credit card company that will give 0% interest for 6 or 12 months because we all know car issues happen suddenly and we don’t always have the money or savings up front to pay hundreds or in this case $2000.

Midas is detail oriented, compassionate and funny. Associates know me and call me by name. Never has anyone talked down to me or made me feel inferior. I will no longer go to my car “dealership” as the visits are impersonal and business and too expensive . I love my Midas.

My online appointment didn't show up in the system when I arrived for service, but John was great and fit me in even though they were booked up. The team was great and explained and showed me all of the potential problems and possible solutions. The price was fair and these guys seem to know their stuff!

I had an appointment to drop my car off at 1 o’clock for an oil change that they said would take an hour. I was requested to drop it off earlier if possible so that it could be done on time. I dropped off 20 minutes early. I went to another appointment and left the location and returned more than two hours later in my car was still not ready. They said it was going to be a little more time. When I asked the check out person to check on it, he said he would and then he didn’t. So I had to go around the side of the building and ask a service tech myself how much longer it would be at that point they got me out in about 10 more minutes. But my car was there a total of 3+ hours and it should’ve been there one. If I had not gone off to another appointment, I would’ve been highly upset, sitting there waiting for that amount of time.

The washer fluid was not topped off even though the inspection report said it was, meaning the technician lied, so I don't feel confident anything else in the report was actually done or done correctly.
I had a coupon for an oil change for 59.99 full synthetic oil, I mentioned it to the guy checking me out. He said that he put the coupon on there. Oil change cost me 87.98 not what the coupon was for if I would be refunded the difference my mind might change.
I came to this location in an emergency situation (screw in tire) and was immediately helped. I had my 5yr old with me and we received excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. I feel like the agent went above and beyond to help us,Judge Wright is an amazing associate. The service team was also very quick.
At least I got my brakes check, my brake light came on and they ran a abs test on my car.
I can’t say enough good things about my visit. I had a foreign object in a new tire I had purchased elsewhere. I had been advised by a different shop to go back to the original store but it was 5:00 on the Thursday evening before Easter…I was stranded with a rapidly deflating tire. The problem was relatively small but the solution seemed impossibly complex for my tired brain. I had been traveling for two days and just wanted to go home. A young lady mechanic heard the distress in my voice and had the car on the lift in a matter of minutes. She had the item removed and the tire off in seconds. Another shop had told me I needed a new tire but Midas graciously applied a patch and had me back on the road home within minutes. The gentleman that helped me with check in and payment couldn’t have been nicer. He professionally did his job while also listening to me ramble in disturbance. After paperwork he kindly sat with me for a few minutes and “talked me down.” The kindness and compassion I experienced equaled the superb service I received. I am delighted this Midas is in my community and will return now with any maintenance I need. Thank you again.

Scheduled an appointment on line, My vehicle was taken to the bay as soon as I arrived. The tech showed me the difference in tire tread on two of the four tires which was a vast difference. All four tires were purchased in Dec 2021. Because he pointed it out to me I went to the tire store where I purchased. The tires had a tread warranty which enabled replacement. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and professional.
Took my new car for 5000-mile first oil change & tire rotation. Folks at the shop were quick and professional. My coupon was accepted without any issues - hidden charges. Received complimentary bumper to bumper inspection that I can access online for my records. Very satisfied, will go back for 10k maintenance.
There won’t be another visit. After being there for 3 hours for an oil change, the car had to be towed to a dealership for $3500 in repairs

Sadly, I'm moving: I wish this Midas could come with me, as everyone there is exactly what you want from a car repair/service/mechanic. This is especially important to me, because, as a woman, I am a target for unscrupulous car repair shops: they talk down to me and try to cheat me. Neither happens at this Midas, and you may not have any idea how much this means to a woman....

I dropped my car off and didn’t have an appointment. I normally schedule appointments with them but I ran over a screw that punctured my tire so I had to drive straight to the Midas. I anticipated all day wait because they are always so booked. They worked my car in and repaired my tire under my road hazard guarantee.

Easy to book an appointment online and quick response from the store. At checkout, he looked for coupons to apply to the work I'd had done--and applied the coupon. The mechanic checked with me about the nail she'd found in a tire--and was more concerned about the possible tire damage (or not) and safety than getting me to commit immediately to a new tire. Quick in and out!

It was not a Spa I was going to so I was not totally excited to get my oil changed on a Saturday. It took some time to get checked in as the computers did not cooperate and had to repeat. Did not seem like the front desk staff and mechanics communicated the best to each other. I had a nail in a back tire so I was very grateful they found and patched.
The time it took for my car’s part to get in (6 days). Also they didn’t really explain why my car needed some of the other work done on it.

Had a flat tire late in the day, leaving for a big trip the next morning. The Midas folks were able to get me checked out. I’d hoped to get the tire plugged, but the puncture was on the edge of the sidewall. The associate showed me the puncture and the manager helped me find a replacement option that fit my budget. I was in and out with a new tire in about 45 minutes. What a relief! Thank you, Midas.
Amazing location and staff. Very informative and did not try to upswell any services I did not need. Both associates disclosed accurate timeframe to which the report of my service needs would need to be fulfilled. The associates also took the time out to research the type of oil my car will need moving forward as I was not given the correct type the first time around. The newer associate also made small talk and recommended places to visit in my new town as we discussed I just moved. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will not be servicing my vehicle elsewhere moving forward.
I was called for an appointment they didn't have anymore for Saturday but he could put me in for Sunday @2:00 pm. I was a few minutes late, they put the information in and brought my car right in. I was taken out for them to show me a bubble in my tire, I didn't know it was there.
I have had other services done here and the pricing was sensible. I’m sorry but $800 for a battery change and wiper blades is not reasonable. I was lied to when called to be given an update on vehicle, associate stated after the battery was changed then it could be determined whether alternator/starter or any other related part was bad , which is not true. I was charged 420$ for a battery that costs $250 or less, again I was lied to that “this car takes an expensive battery” .. I called another Midas location in my area and was quoted $300 less than what I paid. This is not fair and know I was ripped off. I will not return to that Midas location ever again, and I may no longer use Midas in general in the future and have thought to cancel my Midas credit card once balance is taken care of .

Have way more reasonable prices for radiator replacement when a radiator is less than 100 and the bill turns out to be close to 900.
i came in to have a tire repaired and the tires rotated then they found 3 nails in the other 3 tires and repaired them i wasn't having any problems with those at the time then they fixed it and backed it out of the stall and the tire was flat. so it took more time for them to fix that problem and cost more for me because the second time they took the tire off the stem got broken and they had to replace it.
I arrived early for my appt. They began the service to my vehicle about 10 mins. before my appt. Fifty mins. later, they were done.

The guys at Midas were nice but I dont believe they are honest people. Said my car needed an alignment little did they realize just a couple months prior I had gotten an alignment done at the Toyota dealership. Also their labor costs are astronomically high to the point of robbery. Its sad when its cheaper getting work done at the actual Toyota dealership. I will 100% not be back because these guys proved they are not trustworthy and just want money.
