Mature, knowledgeable service providers who took time to hear me explain in a non mechanical way the trouble i was experiencing. They hypothesize a diagnosis and estimate with precision. The problem was exactly as the service manager thought it was and got the parts in immediately. He said it would be done by 4pm - I received the call to pick it up early at 1pm!!!! The cost was reasonable with no price inflations. I had the car looked at by Master mechanics the day before who quoted me $2900 with all kinds of issues to front end - I could tell something wasnt right when i asked to see the car and have them explain it to me (maybe they thought a girl would just pay anything). Instead Harry at Midas was spot on with his diagnosis and it only cost me $960. He advised all the other issues I was told by other mechanics was not true. The car drives fabulously with only new front brakes! They treat everyone with dignity, respect, fair & equal. Highly recommend this location because all their staff treat all exactly the same as I looked around. Its very clean, positive energy and HONEST!!! This is my new "go to" mechanics even if it is a bit out of the way - its work the drive.

I called and made an appointment. Jim answered the phone was very polite and prompt. Gave me an appoint, I dropped the car off, I received a call a few hours later that the oil change was done, filtered changed and snow tires were installed. Then he mentioned I needed brakes and rotors. I told him to go ahead. They called me the next day to advise that the car was ready. When I arrived, Jim took me into the plant to show me the rotors and brake pads that were replaced. This is something that I had never experienced before. A great touch. As always Mike Jonas and his staff are great and provide great service. Our Land Rover needed work done for a conditions report required by our insurance company and the team put together a quote for services required and timeline of when vehicle would be ready. Even after picking up and we experienced an issue with a faulty senor, was able to bring the LR back and they replaced the senor at no cost. Quality of the service and knowledge of both the mechanics and the front of house staff is amazing as always.
Had them check a problem with brakes and engine noise. They recommended front brake service. Fixed the problem. Very satisfied.

This shop is the best at everything
I’ve been coming to Midas for various repairs over the years, but primarily it is for an oil change for two of my vehicles. One time they lent me a vehicle to get home while I waited for a job to be done. I have no issues with the location I go to, I know the front Manager as he knows I am a loyal customer. My issue is, for example a tire change over, I can perform this on my own within a time frame yet with limited equipment, yet in the past at Midas it took even longer when fact is the vehicle is fully jacked up, all four tires can be changed, as to I who changes it one at a time. The wait time on most visits is status quo at about 1.5 hours for an oil change, as I don’t understand the service dynamics I.e. how many vehicles in the shop at a given time, is there an order, how many staff working on a vehicle, I think for straight forward jobs the wait time should be less, just my thoughts.

Problem with tin-like vibation beneath the car similar to a loose heat shield sound or baffles. Misdiagnosed by dealer as being pipe between the engine and catalytic converter. Midas isolated sound vibration to the resonator. Provided details of cost and problem fixed
