They forgot to check my tire pressure during the oil change and inspection. Later that day, the tire pressure light came on and I had to air them up myself.

I was surprised that they were able to get my car in quickly without an appointment. The tech promised that it would be done in 30 minutes. I walked across the street to do some shopping. He called me to say that my brake pads were almost metal on metal and assured me that it would be another 30 minutes. He called 25 minutes later to say that my car was ready. I have always had good experiences at this location and consider it to be my first choice for anything car maintenance related.

Great service but disappointed with minor detail
I was satisfied with the service until I return to my car. Upon starting up the car, I noticed the mechanic had removed the label for my tire rotation from Costco. Not sure why this label was removed along with the old oil change label. I understand removing the old oil change label but why the tire rotation. This was disappointed. Now I do not know when I would need to return to Costco for the next tire rotation. This was very disappointed and left a bad taste for customer service.
I couldn't leave the car for more than a day, and Midas said they could do the repairs in a day. The repairs only took about half a day, so I got my car back in plenty of time for work.
Kevin was very friendly and helpful. He helped lower our cost with a veterans discount, coupon, and rebate form.

Stop trying to upsell expensive, unnecessary repairs with overpriced parts and labor. Include labor in the advertised price of the service. I was charged for the oil change with labor added on top of the advertised price. Have never seen that practice before.

My vehicle leaked quite a bit of oil after the oil change and this was due to the technician installing the wrong oil filter on my car. I took my car to a mechanic who informed me of this. This was first and last time using Midas for any maintenance on my car.
Kevin and the guys alway do a great job of taking care of me. They know what there doing and explain what they issue are very well.
They seemed to know the car, addressed my concerns about the oil plug gasket and this particular model of car's propensity toward leaking around the plug. They also discussed things they saw that I might want to consider having repaired in the future, but I didn't feel pressured to get it done immediately. I've been here before and I'll be back in the future.

My appointment was honored and my car was pulled into the garage within minutes of me getting there. Work was done in a timely manner.I have one complaint. You technician turns my lights from "Auto On" to "Off". Several times I have not noticed this until I am driving in the dark. My running lights are on so I may not notice that my headlights aren't on right away, but that means I am driving with no tail lights. Please either make sure that someone reminds us that our lights are off or have your guys put them back the way they found them.
