I was told that I had a nail in both tires and when i took it back to NTB (they had warranty) they said it was just the passenger side. I also I was overcharged because the website said synthetic was $50 and I was charged more then that. I didn't realize until after I already left but other then that all was well.

I had a great experience with Midas once again. I supplied the part and they had it installed within a couple of hours.

"I limped into Midas with the fake spare tire on, due to a nail in the tread of the regular tire. They repaired the tire, re-mounted it and placed the spare tire and jack back into the spare compartment. All in under 25 minutes and for a reasonable price!"

Good service. However, the wheel alignment was not done. On the 98000 mile check up, Sheehy maintenance in Annapolis, MD informed me that my front wheels were point outwards and my rear point inwards, causing uneven wearing on my tires. Unknown if the fault lies with Midas failing to check the wheel alignment or at the Sheehy auto dealership for not properly maintaining the vehicle before I bought it. In the end, I paid $128 to get the wheel alignment corrected.
