I booked an appt online. Waiting for confirmation. Days later I called and they set up an appt at NAIRN location and ordered my tires. I showed up to my scheduled appt and they didn’t order my tires. So I wasted my time. I had to wait another week again for my tires to be ordered. So overall process was 3 weeks due to miscommunication. I wasn’t very thrilled. When I got there, the associate was friendly and service was good. But overall very disorganized and probably won’t be going back

I needed brake fluid so checked on line where to go. I drove to Midas and was greeted by the manager who was very professional. He didn’t know if he could fit me in right away so I said that I would leave the car there and he actually drove me home in his truck! That is wonderful service! Then he called to say that they repaired the car that same day. My cost was very reasonable and fair. Years earlier Midas installed new mufflers and they are still in good share with no problems encountered so far.

Midas needs to improve their prices. There are small autoshops that provide much cheaper services. These shops take away major portion of the market from the Midas. I decided to go to Midas this time only because of the better quality service they provide as compared to small auto shops, but after having the estimate for my repairs, I decided to go to local autoshop which did the same job at half the price quoted by midas.

I came in unannounced with a tire emergency and the were very busy, I waited a few minutes and they took me in, solved the problem I had, and i was on the road in a short time. Very pleased with the knowledgeable explanation they gave me.
I thought the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that they took pictures and didn’t try to oversell on anything.
The muffler system in my vehicle needed repair. I brought the vehicle in for an assessment prior to having the work done. The managers Darrell and Warren from the Nairn location were very friendly and explained the work needed to fully fix and replace parts to quiet the exhaust system. They arranged the appointment for repair the within days of the assessment.
Darrell was very informative and friendly at the Midas Nairn location. As a female he made me feel comfortable in a male driven field of mechanics.

I needed my yearly oil change. I booked an appointment and dropped my car off in the morning for my service. I returned after work and my car was just completed. I had delt with Darrel at the Nairn Ave location. He was very friendly and quite comical. I have an older car i dont drive much, I wasn't put down for the time span since last oil change as it was over a year.
I had my A/C compressor, spark plugs changed and an oil change. There was a problem with the compressor 5 mins. after I left the shop and they took me right back in and fixed the problem. then I left the shop again and a half hr. later a pipe broke on my muffler as I was crossing a railway track and I called them again and they took me in right away again. This crew went above and beyond to get me back on the road while they were already busy and they were friendly and courteous the whole time. I will definitely be bringing my car back here the next time I have a problem.

I don’t appreciate making an appointment at 11:30am and being told during check in that they won’t even be able to start the work for a few hours. If I make an appointment I expect the work to begin at the start of the appointment. This situation caused me to spend $35 extra for taxi’s as it took 4 hours to do a wheel alignment and a general check over of the vehicle to ensure it was safe for the highway. This time frame seems excessive as well as over priced.

I’ve been going to this Midas for many years and there were some very good mechanics then that would always come and get me too show me things that needed to be fixed, to keep my eyes on. They took real good care of me. Since so many of them were either let go are they quit things changed over time. I’m not sure if the mechanics are doing as much trouble shooting and looking for any warnings of something that needs attention.

This shop does not keep with there quoted time for work. Charged me 1 hour more while my vehicle just sat inside the shop without the hood being opened. I would never go here again it?s a money grab. Beware and shop around!

My Vehicle was just out of Petrol and guess how much it cost me 300+ Change of Viper Handel (I provide my own viper Handel) 75$, He calls me and asks if He will run diagnostic I say no but in the final bill, he adds diagnostic also. Had an appointment for 2:00 pm and did not leave until after closing at 5:50 pm. There were no complications to warrant the lengthly wait. I realize they were busy but one would think that's why a person makes an appointment to get your vehicle in on time
