This Privacy Policy describes how TBC Corporation treats personal information we collect from or about you offline where this Privacy Policy is referenced and on the websites and apps where this Privacy Policy is located or referenced (collectively, “Websites”).

II. The Sources of the Personal Information We Collect

We obtain the categories of personal information described above from the categories of sources described in Section 3.

Midas Canada Inc. (the “Company”) is in the business of granting franchises for the operation of Midas Shops for the retail sale and installation of exhaust, brake and suspension systems services, wheel alignment, oil and lubrication, battery, and tire installation, starting and charging, heating and air conditioning, and general and scheduled maintenance (filters, belts wiper blades, hoses). 17. Does the Company Disclose Personal Information?
