Everything went well. Friendly manager the only thing I'm not to happy with is the waiting time. I had to wait over an hour. This was just an oil change. Other then that friendly people.

had great service on oil change, rotated tires also but have a roaring noise from left front so will have to take car someplace to have that checked.

Midas did an excellent job with my car. They usually find a list of things wrong, print it out, and explain them to me. Unlike other shops, the customer service rep does not try to pressure me into purchasing the suggested services. I love that! I take the list, have the repairs done, and when I return, my vehicle is inspected again. The lists continues to get smaller. Still, there is NO pressure. The customer rep gentlemen complimented me, instead, on taking the repair suggestions seriously and getting them done, even if they were not done at Midas. Nothing but respect! I will have my oil changed at no other place BUT Midas.
