I had a power steering power hose go on me, I was told job would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours, well got there at 10 as promised, left at 3:10. Five hours is a very long time, no one provided or offered ride home for me which is 5 minutes away.

The appointment was easy and within a few days. I dropped my car off before work, they looked at it, found the parts, put together an estimate, called me to tell me what was needed, I accepted, they did the work, and I picked it up and paid exactly what they had told me it would cost. Not happy with this Midas. They told me my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Wanted to charge $30 to put it in. I said no. Just change out the terminals and wires and I will go to advance auto where battery is $20 cheaper and they install for free. But when I went to advance auto they tested battery and said it was perfectly fine.
The last two times i brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation no one completed the tire rotation after I explicitly asked for it.
