I bought my own oil filter but I didn’t receive any discount on the price
Staff not too friendly and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by coming in. Stated mechanics are really busy and may not be able to get to my car soon, but I had no option but to wait either way. My car immediately went in the garage and was in and out in 45 minutes. I was happy for that, but friendlyness and communication goes a long way for a business. I was charged more at this location then other Midas locations quoted me.
They were expecting me and ready to service my car. They were quick with the service and time spent in the store was short.
I brought my car in to get my headlamps fixed. They did a great job and it didnt take much time. The service people were friendly . I always enjoy getting my car fixed there including oil changes. They do a great job. Also Midas is affordable.
The steering wheel and driver's door had oil residue on it and was not clean off.
Jeremy I believe was his name was very helpful. They found the ignition coils were in need of replacement also. It was within a good timeframe that the services were completed. I’ve been taking my Jeep here for years. Almost every time has been a really good experience. I do trust Midas and they have proven very efficient and quality work. The process was easy. The associate told me I had purchased the wrong Groupon (full synthetic was needed, not a blend) and he matched the Groupon price difference. Rotation was a bit more than I would have expected but still cheaper than what others were charging
I was in and out. I had 3 services. A brake, coolant & power steering flush and it was only 20 minutes. I waited longer for my vehicle to get in a bag than the service. I was the from start to finish a hour
All aspects of our visit to Midas were more than satisfactory, but the work done on my vehicles, both during the latest visit and previous visits with same car and others, was the best service I've had in the entire Albuquerque metro area in the last thirty-two years.

We had gone through an app that priced us and said that we were scheduled. Upon arriving, we discovered the app company (Groupon) had not sent anything into Midas. The representative at Midas scheduled an appointment and informed us about price match from the company and helped us right along. We have used Midas several times and will continue to use the location we visited.

I walked in with an emergency—my car battery quit. The extremely pleasant salesman immediately tested my battery, found it was indeed kaput!, and went back inside to look up products. He explained my choices. We got the battery. As this battery needed ‘profess installation,’ the very helpful man told me where to go. He jump started my car.I guess the most astonishing part of this experience was how pleasant and helpful the salesman was. A very good experience.
Friendly and good service
Answered all my questions without hesitation. They are very specific with their responses and even offered some suggestions.
So far they've taken care of me with a battery emergency twice, and my recent visit make them my folks t go to.
Service advisor was very professional and listened. The waiting time for the repairs and time it took to align my vehicle was quite short.
Paper work said 5-20 oil was added I questioned it and advised my car should take 0-20. Associate looked it up and verified I was correct. Went to the service station came back and was told correct oil was used even though paper work indicated other wise. When I questioned it all I was told is they could change it in the print out. No way can I tell if correct oil was used or not. Will drain and redo myself next weekend. First oil change I have paid for in 10 years and this is why I do the work myself.
Maybe start the survey with ‘Did you go to Midas for service’ and then end the survey if the answer is NO. This will weed out the idiots who give you incorrect email addresses or aren’t smart enough to figure out that they keep giving out the wrong one.
Work was completed on time and my concerns were answered and met in the course of the service. Communication was excellent. Truck drives/steers like new!

Service management is highly competent and very interested in resolving any issue that may arise. One is left with the feeling that they want you to return.
Outside of the fact that the advertised price didn't include "shop equipment" or labor, it was still significantly cheaper than anyone in town. I tried to find out how much a 30,000 mile servicing would be and all I got was, "I can't tell you. We sight check and if it needs it we do it, though we don't service sealed transmissions. You'd just have to bring it in and we'll charge you what it costs." Not good business because I'll pay the hundreds to Subaru just to make sure it is done right and knowing exactly what it costs before I bring it in. Wish Midas would just set a price, read the manual, and do it instead. I'm sure it would be cheaper.
Just purchased new tires and had Midas do the alignment. Midas was ready to do the alignment after tires were installed. Whole process was fast and easy.

I told the services guy I already refilled and checked the freon in the ac and that it was gone in 24 hrs so asked them to find the leak. 45 minutes later they said it was ready, however just refilled the freon and was told to come back if the leaks continues. So I spent 200$ for them to tell me what I already knew. Will never go back
The intake employee was very friendly and upbeat. I think her name was Veronica maybe Victoria. Sorry unsure. She greeted me and explained everything. I showed her an online coupon and she said of course she could help with that. When I returned for my car she thanked me and was again pleasant. Rare today.
Midas was the only place I could find that works with Element and does welding work. I needed a section of exhaust pipe welded. Once I called they said I could bring the vehicle in, and once I dropped it off it only took a couple of hours for them to get approval and complete the work. The tech that called me with updates was incredibly friendly. Overall great experience.
Have better costumer Service, lady at the front desk was rude and pointed her finger towards us and asked if we understood her instructions.
The cost of the alignment was higher than other shops and it’s only good for 30 days. This should be a longer warranty period or a cheaper service.

The entire staff was great. I had to get my air conditioner. When I got there they took the Car right back and started to work on it. I was there maybe 45 minute. Now my air conditioner works great. I was able to get seen the same day everywhere else. Wanted to schedule me anywhere from a week to 2 weeks out.

It was fast service. I was told 2 bulbs were out and told the technician to go ahead and replace them. The next day i found out the bulbs weren't working. I took my car back the next day and they got the car in right away and fixed the issue even with bulbs they didn't replace. So i Will be back for future car problems for sure!

I called first thing in the morning to request a quote and was given clear information about my quote without trying to sell me something more. The staff was friendly and offered to schedule an appointment the same day. When I brought in my car they took it back and got to work right away.

Had called around to several auto shops to try to get my Belt changed, since I didn't trust driving my car without it. Not only did Midas quote me the best rate, they were the only one that could get me in same day. Will definitely use their services again. Very satisifed in the price/time value that they offered.
Location said that walk-ins were welcome. They weren't. I used Groupon to purchase my services. However, there was an undisclosed charge -- to dump the oil. I was also alerted within moments of them looking at my vehicle that it would need extensive (expensive) service.

I had a coupon for $49.99. Total came to over $82. By the time everything was added to the cost. Makes the coupon totally worthless. Had to settle for the blend oil. Rather than the full synthetic oil. Just to come close to what the coupon said the price would really be.
I asked for synthetic blend oil, as that is what I've been using for 57,000 miles, and the person managing the order intake refused to use the synthetic blend because the spec called for full synthetic, at nearly double the cost. He explained the spec, something about molecule size and that it would last longer. Since I needed the change, i did not have the time to search for a oil change service that would use the oil I requested, I kept my appointment and paid the upcharge.

My vehicle was in for a diagnostic for rough idle but no check engine light, I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and did not charge me because of that reason, after taking a look myself I discovered my motor mounts need replacement, the technician was not at fault for not noticing the issue, the problem with the vehicle is intermittent and was not present at the time of inspection, I am happy they did not charge me just for checking.

I thought $400 was a lot for a new muffler. It seems to have been done well, and we were on a very tight timeline, so I felt like I had no choice. A muffler is a $100 part and I don't think it took multiple hours to install. Is the labor charge $300/hour?

The paper report was not easy to read. The hash marks did not clearly define the items that were checked and the details were not clear. The hash marks went through all 3 categories of conditions. E.g. Good, fair, and poor. Also specific details were missing.

I brought the vehicle in for oil change but requested the brakes be checked because the brake light had flicked on and off just before dropping off the vehicle. The technician called me, told me the problem and that I needed new pads and rotors, explained everything very clearly, told me the estimated cost, and asked for my authorization to proceed with the repair, which I gave. Called me when the vehicle was ready and explained the warrenty. Excellent service all around!
The price for my oil change was not clearly posted nor did the Midas employee discuss with me what my options were. I was charged for a synthetic oil change without being offered any other options. Also when my vehicle was complete I was not given any detailed information about the status of my vehicle or any maintenance it might need. Employees were friendly and courteous however.

I called to schedule appointment when car would not start -- time for a new battery. I did not even have time to get a cup of coffee before car was being serviced. The coffee was still hot when the new battery was installed and car was ready to go. I paid (and took the coffee with me.)

Took my 2007 Ford mustang in for shocks and struts to be replaced,Midas did replace them, I was called to pick up my vehicle your employee said it ran great and was ready to be picked up when I got there your employee told me that the they were having problems with the transmission, when I dropped it off transmission was perfect when I picked it up transmission did not work at all.
I appreciated that they worked with Discount Tires, located next door, to align my brand new tires immediately. I was able to get service late in the day.

I had to ask to see what they determined was wrong, it took over 8 hours to complete which cost me a days work, and they were super expensive. It appears that they did a great job but I am lucky that I could afford the money and time and will do a lot more shopping around before I bring it back in.

We called in to make an appointment we got in the next day and the service was done well and we were on our way.
I have to say that the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly but the pricing is completely out of control! I took my 2015 Jeep liberty in for an estimate on replacing the motor mounts and transmission mount and the estimate came to almost $2000! These parts are fairly inexpensive and to do the whole job shouldn’t take more than about two hours. I’m about the parts for about $100 and I’ll just fix it myself. Here again I’m not angry with the staff but the pricing is ridiculous everybody that works there is super friendly!
I have used this Midas for several years and have never been disappointed. They are very dependable and I just love Herbert.

Because I used a Groupon price match, certain things (tire rotation) were apparently not included in my service. I feel there are a few "add ons" that come with using the price match guarantee that bring the price to close to what I would pay regularly but get less service. The extra oil quart fee is certainly bogus, the other add on fees are questionable. This used to be a go to shop for me, but now the service is hit or miss, and the add ons are much more frequent. Still a decent option as the wait isn't horrible compared to some other places.
Counter guy was extremely friendly and courteous as was my mechanic working on my vehicle. Didnt have to wait long and I'm very satisfied. Manager of this shop has it well maintained and everyone is so nice.
After my oil change, when i brought my vehicle home, i had drops of oil on my driveway. I then checked it myself to find out the oil change was sloppy and leaked all over my cross memeber and the tech did not wipe it!!

I purchased this oil change from Groupon. The price was good but the Midas charged me with shop and disposal fees. I would have assumed this would be pointed out by Groupon but it wasn’t. To the credit of the desk clerk, he said Midas could price match the next time I need an oil change and the extra charge would be removed.

I had originally received a quote of 150-180 and dropped the truck off and it ended up costing double. Although I was frustrated with the amount they did a great job on the exhaust and helped with the engine idle as well. Thanks!

Service took 2 hours longer than I was told but employees were very nice. Was pricey but I appreciate that they did the work for me. I didn't like that they allowed customers to be inside waiting area with no mask, I took chair to sit outside, with all that said I would still refer them and I will continue to use them
Last week I requested information for my car. While it was minor I need to hear back from Midas. My request was followed by a statement that I would hear back from Midas. I understand that this could take a couple of hours but it is now a week.

I had an alignment done on my 1 ton and it was done very thoroughly and I'm please with my smoother feeling ride.
I had a Groupon for $59.99 for a complete Alignment. I'm a mechanic and an Alignment consists of tow in tow out adjustments and cast and camber adjustment. If my car needed cast and camber adjustments they wanted to charge me $45 per wheel. Outrageous !!!.

Not completely informing us with the issues with our vehicle. Low fluids & when out vehicle was ready for us to pick up. Notice management wasn't available to notify with our concerns. Very poor.

I found the desk person to be condescending and abrupt and I was told my tires did not need rotating because they measured the tread and there was no wear. When I questioned him about rotating to prevent wear I got a look and impatient response.
