I have been a customer 13 ys plus and Midas have extremely helpful and good to me.

The service man explained and showed me everything pertaining to the problem. We came up with 2 solutions..he priced both for me..i chose pne and they did a great job fixing it.

These guys did a great job except I asked if they could check my tires and let me know if they needed replacement or were good and it looks like they checked but no one told me if they are good or not

If something is broken during service a discount on repairs should be offered. One of my lugnuts was broken and now I can’t drive it.

Called to consult on headlight restoration; Low-cost option available for immediate drive over. A known but "thought to be deferrable" exhaust leak was shown and explained by tech and I approved repair, at a lower price than I had imagined (considering how prices are rising these days) and faster turnaround than what the store promised. I always watch carefully when I visit a new facility, because service can be the biggest factor in a car's longevity. Midas staff were knowledgeable and competent in both my case and other customers' I saw. The store may not be closest to me for EVERY future service, but my experience far exceeded expectations. This location is a real credit to the brand.

I usually use Castrol synthetic 0w20 for my car and I had to do service with a shell branded oil, which I am not familiar with.

I have brought both our vehicles to Midas, the experience was great explanation of issues how they were going to fix and the price right up front!

Price of work done was over $2000 less than a quote from the local BMW service department. High quality workmanship and was done in less time than quoted. I appreciate honest and their excellent service.
