Communication was not good. I was not told during first visit that parts required were not available. Was told they would call when available so I could bring car back in. They didn't call me.

I took my car in for an alignment. I did not realize a problem until I was in route to my next appointment. Every time I stepped on the gas pedal I noticed an unfamiliar loud sound coming from my exhaust. I did not hear this sound prior to my alignment appointment. I was very happy with my appointment until I drove off and realized my car did not sound "normal". I did not have the time to address the problem with them today. I will bring my car back tomorrow morning. I assume you will rectify the problem at hand. Thank you.

I had an on-line coupon for an oil change, tire rotation & a multi point check. My tires weren’t rotated based on the summary of services provided. There also wasn’t any indication that the multi point check was done. I didn’t realize this until I reviewed the paperwork once I got home.

appointment scheduling is easy - online. Auto Tech called me to discuss issues that needed fixing and the job was completed in the same day.

The price was posted, it was easy to look up your site and schedule my appointment & the service was performed quick.
