Everyone was very professional and friendly from start to finish. The mechanics (Tyler) were able to solve the issue and explained everything thoroughly. Scott was also a pleasure to work with. The whole team honestly, I don't know everyone's names but they did am exceptional job and my Jeep is running optimally, and they were able 6o work with me and communication was perfect, kind and clear.
Scott helped me find the right tires for my Rav4. He was very helpful and wonderful to deal with. He gave me choices and found the best price for me. We will be using Midas in the future. Very happy with the service.

I called and Scott got me an appointment that week.He was friendly and knowledgeable. The parts were there that day (It as a Saturday.)Scott called a d gave me an update, which included when the car would be ready and cost.I went a d paid the bill.The car is so quiet.Dave followed up to see how things went. I said, "EXCELLENT." I have not had that high level of customer service/experience in a long time.They won me over and they now have a new customer!PS - They also replaced a broken ABS Wheel Sensor.
I have used this Midas location for several years and staff is always welcoming, friendly and patiently explain any issues and problems with my vehicle. They could not be more helpful. Always a good experience and hope corporate appreciates their value to ou small town.
Midas came highly recommended from a friend after my lament of having to go to the dealer as their affiliate Honda service in Orleans had closed. It “sounded” like I needed a new muffler with the sound effects…turned out to just be exhaust flanges..a lot less parts and money! Have to say from checking in at the onset and til I left John was most accommodating…most knowledgeable…the professional touch with the personal touch. Waiting room was most,comfortable,too
Scott the service manager was kind, clear, thorough, understood my needs, took extra time to ensure I was receiving the appropriate work done to the car, and effectively communicative during the process.The Midas service team was also kind and patient with me, did an excellent job, took me on a test drive to ensure things worked correctly, and were easy to get along with.I felt valued from start to finish.

The oil change took a little over an hour. I was told it would be a few minutes and instead of walking into town I stayed around. I'm guessing the vehicle inspection looking for other maintenance to suggest (thankfully, there was none) took the additional time. If an hour is the norm for an oil change tell that in advance.
My appointment was scheduled same day n they accommodate me with friendly smile n my car was done ontime

BEEN DEALING WITH Midas for over 25 years and have never been disappointedwith their service and felt that I never felt over charged. John your service rep. should be a valued employee of our local Midas Shop.
I have used this location for several years and they have always exceeded expectation. In addition to always using them for routine service I have, on several occasions, pulled in and ask for someone to check something for me and the men who work there are awesome, couldn’t be any nicer. I had been in an accident a few weeks ago and this visit they checked everything to be certain the car was safe to drive while I wait for a body shop who can repair it. You should be proud of them.
Deliver the product you committed to delivering: an $80 oil change in less than an hour. It cost over $90 and took almost an hour and a half. It’s an oil change, not rocket science. I was early for my appointment and you still took an hour and a half? Not acceptable.

I have always thought I was given good estimates for work done on all my vehicles. I also have never had to bring any of my vehicles back to correct what had been done.

Had an emergency tire issue while on vacation. No appointment, but manager was able to work me in with very reasonable timing and great communication throughout. Your team preserved most of my rare vacation day.
the location was supposed to be open at 8:00 am. I arrived at 8:00 and waited until 8:15--still not open. I filled out an "Early bird" envelope but then had trouble finding the slot for it. I finally found the slot, 20 ft. away, and with a label that was faded to the point where it was barely visible.My tire installation was without incident and was completed sooner than expected.
I was kept well informed. The staff and job was professional.
John, the service manager, couldn't be nicer. He explained in detail why other work on our car would be appropriate and noted that the sooner this was taken care of the better as the rust involved would be worse if we waited to take care of it.
Did a temporary fix so I could drive home until ordered parts arrived.

When you bring your truck in for all new brakes. You should have everything done. Were not safe if the work isn't done right. Not just what is needed at that time to get by. I had new brake pads put on dirty warped drums. 6 months later I heard a noise.
