Customer service was fine although I came in with a Midas coupon for an oil change and they refused to accept it. I think that Midas shops should honor Midas coupons - make your customer happy ?? wasn’t a massive deal $3.00 off an oil change .. really guess you need it more than I do

My car broke down on the highway and was towed to Midas. They officially close at 5:30 but they worked until 6:15 repairing my car and charged a reasonable amount. All of the staff I talked with were courteous, even after closing.
