Wonderful Staff 
I absolutely love this Midas store! I have several locations closer to my home but drive here just because the staff is wonderful! They are very honest, personable and always try to help you as much as possible. They always seem to remember everyone also which is an added bonus. Keep up the great work!

Awesome Service
Joe and his team are great. I have been taking my cars here since I moved to Newburyport for all my maintence. They do everything that you would have done at the dealer at a very fair price.

Outstanding Service
I have been bringing my car and now my daughters car to this shop for a couple of years. The owner and his mechanics are the greatest guys around. In fact I won't trust anyone else to touch our cars . I know all the work will be done in a timely matter and the work will be done perfectly. I highly recommend this Midas !!

This is the absolute greatest mechanics shop ever. The guys are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and care about their customers. They always give you the best service and you can rest assured they are honest and trustworthy. I've been going here since I moved to Massachusetts 5 years ago. Joe and the mechanics here are my guys. I'm a single girl with not a lot of car knowledge and I don't trust anyone but them.

The Heavens Opened And There Was Midas!
I left Cape Cod early to get my college student in Maine. I was wedged between two trucks and ran over a board on 95N. I gimped off the highway. I got off the exit and there was two officers on an Eversource duty. They said they would watch my car and I should walk down the road and go to Midas. Owner Joe asked Billy if he wanted to be a "hero". Well, Billy was my hero. He fixed my car. While I waited I saw how organized, efficient and professional this Midas is. Joe was so good at estimating time he would tell walk-ins to do some errands and be back in 15 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMEND NEWBURYPORT MIDAS! Thank you for keeping me and my family safe!!! ( Don't forget to ask Joe for his secret chicken salad recipe). Thank you again for helping me in a frightening situation!

Exceptional
I stopped by Midas in Newburyport because of my concern with the engine light in my car, it kept popping up. My expectation was to spend the entire day at the store only to be told that my car would need expensive repairs and work. After only 15 minutes from when I handed over my keys, it was explained to me why my light was going on, they fixed it, and I was charged only for what it took to refill my oil. The service was exceptional, I will be recommending this Midas location to family and friends. Thank you!
