I've been coming to this Midas periodically for many years and every experience has been positive. Friendly knowledgeable staff, easy appointment booking, good pricing, and have never had to return for a 2nd visit on any particular issue.
I always take my car to this location, it’s very hard to find honest mechanics and I never feel like I’m getting ripped off or upsold here, staff are nice and honest

We are always very satisfied with our service at this Midas location. They go above and beyond. I asked them to check my tire pressure since I don't have sensors in my winter tires and they always remember to do so. We need some more work done, ball joint and an alignment and everything was clearly explained and detailed in the service report.

2 things - made appointment for 2 vehicles to have winter tire change on the same day as per usual (I'm a long time Midas customer.) First vehicle finished very late on the first day, second vehicle had to be taken in 1 day later.Second thing - very good idea for an automatic text reminder to be sent about these appointments, but in the text i was addressed as "Hey" rather than as my name, or 'Dear Sir,' or something. I don't like being called "Hey," and I suspect a lot of other people might agree with me.
Overall Satisfied with the service. Price was not what I was expecting as I needed new rotators along with brake pads but in the end everything was done on time. Service was great and staff was friendly

The service and worked performed on my vehicle was excellent. I have been going to this location for many years with various vehicles over that time period. It has always been excellent. Level of customer service has been bang on. Since the ownership has changed the level of customer satisfaction from the owner manager is terrible. The rest of the staff is fantastic. I feel, by me bringing my vehicle in for service work is doing him a favour. It doesn’t work that way. There are a lot of choices out there.

Heather was awesome.She responded to my online booking request within a very short time to schedule my truck.I could access the location through nobody's fault because the police had a few block radius around the shop cordoned off. I had to park my truck a couple of blocks away on a side street and left the shop a voicemail as to where it was.They went and found it, brought it into the shop and did the repairs with no fuss, no muss. I did offer to pay for their time to do so, but there were no extra charges.The work done was billed lower than I expected.

My car was overdue for an oil change, so I requested an appointment for that. The car was making a strange sound, so upon arrival I asked if they had time to look at it. It turned out that a wheel bearing was loose, and the staff were able to diagnose the problem, complete the oil change, wheel bearing AND brake work, all in the same appointment. I was really impressed that I didn't have to leave my car for a longer time, due to the unexpected work that was required.I appreciated getting a text message with clear information and photos of the problems, it was really helpful.I was really impressed with the professionalism and expertise at this Midas location. I have been going to this Midas for years, and now that it's under new management, it's even better!
The manager was friendly, the pricing was excellent, and the scheduling, drop-off and pickup were seamless.
