It took awhile to repair my vehicle but Chylo asked me more than once if i’d like a ride somewhere & they kept thanking me for being so patient.
We needed our small school bus to have a new exhaust. The shop we took it could not take care of it. We were already out of town and needed the bus to be done during spring break. The Midas personnel took care of it and updated us to what they were doing. They also noticed another issue and checked with us if we want to take care of it at the same time. Overall we are very satisfied. We have not picked up the bus yet. But we trust that they completed the job well. Thank you!
I came in for brakes. They informed me that I needed new rotors. I didn’t believe them. Once they showed me I was very happy that they took the time to inform me of the danger I was in. I will use this Midas from now on.

The I explained to the manager that im at 110k miles and I wanted to drive this car to 250k plus. I knew I had an axle seal out and had a slow leak of brrak fluid that needed looked into 1st, but I wanted to get ahead on maintence with what ever I had left over on my budget. He broke everything down and explained what was a saftey issue that needed taken care of, what needed done but could wait, and what could do but on the back burner. Spent a lot of money, but he helped me oit with a discount. Very personalble guy. Will come back just because of my interaction with him

I was faced with an emergency when my car which was parked at the airport had died. I contacted Progressive Insurance for towing and it linked me with Midas which was listed first among many others. It had great ratings so I went with it. I think I communicated with 3 or 4 different employees during the whole ordeal of getting the car towed and fixing the car and every interaction was incredibly positive and reassuring. I would make a point to seek out this mechanic if the opportunity arose again.

Took my daughter's car in for an oil change and they showed me some serious issues that could be life-threatening. These issues didn't just pop up We had been going to another place for an oil change and they never said a word. They actually took me out to the car and showed me what the problem was and I couldn't believe that the other oil change place that we've gone to didn't notice or failed to tell us about these issues!

1- on phone I was given 3pm appt time, when I arrived promptly at 3 I was told first it was 2 and then it was 2:30. I wrote down the 3 pm appt time while I was on the phone and even repeated it back to them. 2- I was told I needed a major service that I had just had a year ago. There is no way that is needed. I have one of the best mechanical shops in town that guarantees their service. And I'm not stupid about cars. I have had a number of hot rods that I have worked on myself. I will never return to this shop for any service.

My car was up on the lift in minutes after my arrival. They invited me to take a look at the problem and better explain the process.
Unusual exhaust leak. Found and fixed it fast. George kept me informed and explained things in detail.
They are always friendly and explain everything in detail. If something is not understood they take time sit and explain what is happening. They in good way dummy explain for people who don't understand what happened or what is happening.
They said I needed brake work done and I did not. Went down the street and competitor said they were just fine. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know about my experience at Midas.

You know how was in the old days when your neighborhood mechanic would help you and fix your car right. Well that’s how it felt dealing with the service rep and the mechanic. Both very professional but really gave you that friendly neighborhood mechanic. Walked me through the fix that was needed and the price was right. Quick in and out. Even after a stop in recheck my car still leaks oil from when the technician failed to get all of the old oil off. I am concerned they broke something in my 3 yr old vehicle.
My car had an emergency and i had to pull over immediately. Luckly it was into the Midas lot. After talking to the gentleman at the counter we did service on the car. The mechanic was incredibly knowledgeable in the issue and its repair :D i was blown away. And the tech at the counter was very nice and upfront with us. Absolutely loved it. Will most definitely be coming to this location in the future!

The men got me right in for the repair I needed for my car and explained everything that they needed to do to get me moving along in a good manner of time.
front desk person was excellent. I stopped without an appointment, he fit me in and was very helpful with the pricing. The person who talked to me about the car was way concerned with "upselling" additional products to me vs the oil change and tire rotation I came in for. I don't care to do business with that kind of dealer. When I got back in the car, the paperwork and some other items that were in the glove box were laying on the floor (they got in the glove box to check the cabin filter). The paper floor mat was also left in the vehicle. This lack of attention to detail makes me wonder how much attention they paid to the oil change and tire rotation. I know they did not check the air pressure on the tires as all four tires had a different reading (ranging from 43 to 36 psi. It was a great experience turned bad.
We had breaks put on a little over a year ago and had to bring our vehicle back in twice because something was wrong. This time we brought it in because the front end was jerking when you pushed on the brakes. Come to find out the rotors and pads they put on were not good ones. They didn’t charge us for the rotors and pads but did charge us for labor to replace them. I don’t think that was right because we already paid for labor and it wasn’t our fault the parts were bad.
They said my oil plug was stripped. I'm not 100% sure but I don't believe it was that way when I came in but I can not prove it.
I was planning on having my car towed to my regular shop because my brakes had gotten real hot, but I remembered Midas was just two blocks away from me so instead of having my car towed I just drove it up there the next morning and within two and a half hours I had my car back . I ended up having it have a complete brake job in the front. Everybody there was very nice between mechanic and the person up front always get me in the loop all throughout the process.
Showed up and talked with Adam nice guy easy going but he wasn’t the iusse the techs where that works on my truck they broke my hood shock got my floor mat dirty and I just did my transmission pan gasket wasn’t leaking when I dropped it off and now it’s leaking on a brand new gasket

Spent over $2000 on a visit about a year ago, had similar problems, and the bill was around $800. 3 days later, not satisfied, took it back and found out it was the brakes. Total bill around $225. The manager was awesome, but the brake issue was probably what was causing all the problems. They did help us out with some of the bill, but if the work was done correctly the 1st time, we could have saved some money. We had some work done in Dubuque, Iowa. and the next 2 visits were in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Also last year, after spending $2000, the person in charge told me I would receive a Prepaid card of at least $75. Never heard anything. Thanks for your time, but I think we were over charged.

The only problem I had with scheduling. I tried to schedule online twice and I never got a response. I went into the office and they said they were having problems with their website but I made the appointment there.
Met scheduled appointment. Explained repairs needed today and future repairs. Three hour turnaround, clean waiting area. Did not explain price until work was completed.
The part it was 498 dollars some told me it's like 100 dollars part I wouldn't think that you would have mark it that much higher

She was quick to respond to my e-mail, she knew exactly what was wrong with my car just by my describing it, she let me know at every step what was happening to my car, she broke down how much it would cost, and when I couldn’t pay for the rear brakes because that’s not what I budgeted for she was able to find me some discounts to help me out. They left grease hand prints and smudges all over my white car I didn’t notice how bad until I got home I had to purchase a 20 dollar bottle of degreaser that was safe for my paint to remove it and I mean it was all over and all the way around my car! Then I noticed my Nike key chain was covered and completely ruined with grease which was also 20 dollars! Bad enough the oil change was over priced but to be so oblivious and leave grease like that all over someone’s car is unsatisfactory and when I called to complain the guy told me all he could do was have me bring it I. So they could clean it! I live 35 min out of the way and I already purchased the degreaser so I asked him to take off my bill and he said no he could not do that!!what a complete disappointment and I don’t know how they have any customers if this is how they treat them a Dm their vehicles

The price for your full synthetic oil change of $100+ is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER bring my vehicle to this shop again.
Well first you could start by not being so overpriced. I was quoted 1,140 dollars for the work it needed, and I got the work done somewhere else for 300. That is over an 800 dollar difference. Also they left grease shoeprints on my carpet, which has not yet been resolved. I will NEVER go back to Midas, or recommend them to anyone else.
Make sure all caps are securely fastened when done with the whatever service is being done.
He told me my engine air filter needed changed, he was going to charge me $130 to do it. I had just changed the air filter about a month ago. Anyway there is NO way I would pay $130 for a $35 dollars air filter
Bad communication, car was very dirty when I got it back.
There's an issue that's causing fumes to get inside of my car. I feel like it isn't safe to breathe. They checked my exhaust and said it was fine, but they didn't look any farther into what could be causing the issue. I really needed to get it fixed.

The labor charges for the services provided were very high. After completion of the service I contacted another mechanic and was informed that it would have been significantly more afordable at to take take my vehicle elsewhere, and was advised to do so in the future.
