I inquired via the internet and a tech called me immediately after they opened for business. Once I arrived, the level of service was awesome, and his communications on the issue and resolution was above and beyond my expectations.

Keep your word! I planned this visit, ordered my tires, got the price I wanted and even got a reminder text/email. I was there on time but my tires weren’t there and what made matters worse, no one owned up to the mishap. The associate even tried to sell me another brand of tire at a higher price! I was very upset with my experience and this is my hometown Midas who provided t his poor service. I support my Gary business but this was hard to swallow

Steve the manager was very professional and kept me updated about my vehicle throughout the whole process. He listen to my requests and Joe who worked on my vehicle was extremely knowledgeable with my vehicle. I will from now on only being taking my car to be serviced there. I can't express how happy I am with the results as well. The honesty of these two gentlemen have made me a believer that honest people do still live in this world.

Midas can do the job correctly when repairing the vehicle. I brought my vehicle 2 Midas 4 brake pads only. I didn’t have brake noise initially but after Midas changed the pads,I’m having intermittent noise on the front brakes. I took it back and the noise remained after a lube of the area around the pads and a $55.00 charge.

The attendant was very accommodating. I didn't have an appointment, but he changed my oil. I didn't have a long wait and he explained the receipt in detail.

Went in for brake pad replacement and we found rear disc's were groved and corroded. They also found caliper pins needed lubricated. All of this was shown and explained to me. Thumbs up to supervisor and tech.
