Have employees be professional and have better customer service attitude. Properly and completely fix the issues that customers request to have completed on their vehicles, so the customer does not have to be inconvenienced and forced to return to have the same problem fixed AGAIN.

Please decrease the prices as they've increased far too much in the last year. It appears to have gone up by $10 just for an oil change.

Your oil change prices are WAY too high. Please bring them back down. $25 for an oil change was the most appropriate for pricing.

Pricing had gone up by 25%. I was not aware of that fact until I was shown my bill. It took 50 minutes for the oil change. There was a lot of clutter in the "office and check-in desk" area. I don't recall that from previous visit.

The repair tech that fixed my door did an excellent job. I can now lock and unlock the drivers door. I had to play around with the lock on drivers side to unlock and once inside the lock did not lock when placed in gear. I am so grateful now that I can lock and unlock the door with the automatic lock.
