The ease of getting in and getting the repair scheduled was very easy for me.I was able to drop off the vehicle before the job was scheduled.
I always bring my car here and I am always treated well. When I was concerned about not having a ride home, it was going to take 2-3 hours to get it done, the manager offered to drive me home and pick me up when completed.I never have an issue with any of the associates at this location.Also it is very clean in the waiting area.

A problem was brought to my attention and I know nothing about cars in general. I have only had this one 6 months so I am getting a second opinion just to be on the safe side.
I would recommend better organizing your computer system. When I make an appointment, it seems to create a new client account. When I get to the locations, they basically have reenter or delete the appointment and recreate it under my client account already stored in the system. Feels a bit cluncky and repetative.

I took my Subaru to a dealer for an oil change. They detected a problem with both wheel bearings. They gave me an estimate of $1700. Midas took care of the problem and installed brake pads for $1400. I got better service and a much better price at Midas.
This Midas location is always fantastic. They get me in and out quickly, they don't try to upsell a lot of extra stuff, and they are friendly when dealing with me.

My appointment was supposed to run from 12:30 - 2:30. We dropped off our car at 11:00. I didn't even hear back on the estimate until 2:30 and my car wasn't ready until 6:15. I called around 5:45 because I hadn't heard from them and they said they were just finishing up. Ended up charging me over $1,200 for just the front brake pads, rotors, calipers, and lines. That is an insane amount for just the front.
Went out of their way to replace driversid headlight bulb on VW which isn't that simple. And saved me some money in the process.

Honestly felt like the price for the new radiator was extremely high. I asked about the price, and was told that’s what our vendors charge. I could have gotten a radiator myself for 80% cheaper than what I paid. Other than that everything else was okay. Me and my wife have spent a tremendous amount of money at this location over the last 4 years, and we’ve had several bad issues. The staff has also been constantly changed , which I believe is because of bad issues. We’ve used this location because it’s convenient, but it’s not worth it anymore

They replaced my work truck brakes at 77K. I complained about the brakes every time I had the truck in, every 5k miles. Cost the business over $600 for new brakes from Milage of 77k to 98k. NOT HAPPY, can not take my work truck there anymore. Owners decision. Rotors were not covered after 10k miles. Not good business practice, especially with my complaints of shuddering every 5k miles! I know this store is under new shop advisor, but this should have been covered.

I visited on a Thursday and the techs said there was nothing wrong with my car. I came back a few days later and the tech said I need breaks, rotors, a wheel bearing, shocks and new tires. When we went in the garage to take a look at it, the only things that really needed replaced were the shocks and wheel bearing. He tried to back track on needing the tires replaced.So, instill in your techs to be honest and upfront. I would have been a loyal customer. But now, won't me back.

I took my Dodge Journey in to have a battery I had bought at Walmart installed. Walmart supposedly does free installation, but because my battery is in the fender well, they wouldn’t. When your men went to install it they found out that Walmart sold me the wrong one. They showed us the difference. ( fortunately my friend took a picture of them). Your men had the right battery and so I bought it and they quickly installed it. Always polite and kept me informed. Awesome work!

I had no problem scheduling the oil change and it was promptly completed. I used $20 coupon that was emailed to me which made me a happy customer.
Quick service, got in and out. Was brought out to see what needed repaired and explained the cost options.
The tech that did my oil change seemed very nice, although he dropped an f-bomb while he was explaining the problem he had during the oil change. He said that I was getting a "free engine cleaning" because "he had spilled some oil due to not 'f-ing' tightening a screw a quarter turn more." Again, except for the f-bomb that was unprofessional, he seemed like a nice guy. However, he DID NOT explain the extent to the complete mess he made. The outside of my car, and the windshield were completely wet, and he delivered the car with both windows open. I later realized why. After I drove off, when the engine heated up, the entire car cabin was filled with smoke and a strong chemical smell of engine cleaner and burnt oil. There was smoke also coming out of the hood area as well. I had a commitment that I had to get to in Columbus, and had not counted on dealing with this mess. I had to run the car through a car wash because of the mess on the outside, and when I opened the hood, there were large areas that still had spilled oil, overspray of engine cleaner below my windshield, under the hood, and all over the engine block. It took me an hour, and many paper rags to clean up the mess. MORE

Easy to schedule. Job started as soon as I got there, with explanation of what was going to be done, as well as expected costs from least to catastrophic. I was also made aware of the time from diagnosis to repair. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. My once hot van was blowing ice cold air. I came for one service and left with that service completed without a bunch of upsale.
I used oil change/tire rotation coupon (49.99 + tax) Oil change did not include labor for installing cabin filter while every other oil change business includes installation labor.Tire rotation did not include balancing cost and coupon didn't state balancing an extra charge and this was not communicated until tires were already rotated leaving me no choice. I would have skipped tire rotation if it was! Also, new cabin filter was not in stock, so it was ordered and took 45 minutes to arrive, adding to the labor time and cost. My 49.99 job ended up $150. VERY disappointed!

I brought my car in just to get tires on at 10 it did not get finished until 4:30. And I was supposed to be at work at 2. It should not take that long to do 4 mount and balance and alignment.
Complete the job I paid for 6 months ago so I'm not back in to midas trying to get it fixed and being treated like a 3rd rate citizen.
I went in and wanted a simple alignment. Half an hour later they called me and said my car needed over $4,000 worth of work. I didn’t ask him to look at anything else. I just wanted the alignment. I took it to another shop. They told me only one of the three suggested repairs was for real. I already knew this because that repair was already scheduled for next week. This is a shady business practice. I’ll never return to another Midas.
I needed brake work done and I was able to get my car in immediately. They inspected the brakes and called me to tell me the status. I authorized the work and it was completed promptly. The price I paid was reasonable and it was a flawless transaction.
When scheduling online, it doesn't link to the local database. They have camcwl the online apt and reenter it in the local system to maintain our vehicle records
