Showed up for 1:00 appointment at 12:45. One of the friends of the mechanic came in and they took his car without an appointment before mine. I couldn't find anyone to give me back my keys, and they took my Rav4 back after 2:00. They put synthetic oil in without asking. A half hour $50.00 service took almost 2 hours and was over $80.00.You need to honor appointments and ask what oil to put in. Ignoring appointments and putting in the highest oil without asking is theft of my time and money.

Ran over a nail and tire was almost flat. Midas rep indicated that tire would need to be replaced (and not patched). Tire was available and I was able to wait for the new tire to be installed and I was on my way in record time.
Guys were fantastic helped when I needed my spare tire put it on right at the end of their shift. They were so cool I came back the next day for new tires. Would definitely recommend!

Took to one site, they made a poor repair that forced me to take it to another site. 2nd site had to fix the first sites work. Don't know if 1st error caused damage that greatly increased the work I needed done by the 2nd site. The 2nd site wouldn't price match what I found at four other shops in the area.
Have been at this location many times always satisfied, first time with this vehicle, stopped prior for quote and mgr came out opened hood made sure correct gave me correct pricing.

I realized on my receipt that it said, I turned the service down & was charged $35.00 just for the oil change. I also think what I was charged to just recharge my a/c is ridiculous! It’s also a nice courtesy to top off washer fluid at least, especially when it’s noted that it was low.

I went up and Kyle said they would take care of it and loosen it and put on my store-bought filter, in addition to topping off any lost oil. The staff is superior at my Midas location. They know their stuff and they don't mind explaining it to someone who is mechanically challenged - ME! I feel that the work is exceptional. I appreciate knowing what services they are providing even though I don't always understand the nature of what ails my 14-year-old vehicle. I credit them for the fact that it is still running well. Mike Jones is an amazing guy! my car radiator and a/c condenser were basically falling out without my knowledge. he told me i couldn?t drive it and even offered to drive me home! he had my car fixed in a jiffy even with all the work that had to go into it.

Very fast service. My car was in the garage and being worked on within 10 minutes of my arrival. My oil was changed and tires were rotated in under half an hour. Workers were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend this shop.

they didnt do tire rotation but they said did it. in my altima it will show the difference in tire pressure but it was same before and after servicing.
