Price was not as listed for a standard oil change was almost double the actual charge. Price discussed on the phone was also misleading. INstead of saying the actual numbers where dollar signs and stuff should be it was just listed as numbers. Intentionally being misleading. For example, instead of saying "Three hundred seventy nine dollars" ($379), it was being said as "its just three seven nine" ($3.79). That is WAY WAY WAY different. I had to ask and confirm the actual figure multiple times since it was still being walked around.
Everyone was professional and I experienced no rudeness. I felt more at ease then stressed out.

I dropped my BMW X5M50i off at 9am and was told it would be done by 3pm. I showed up at 3pm and the car is still on the lift. I was told that in process of mounting Winter tires that they damaged a TPM sensor. I was then told that the corporate office or DM had to approve the payment to purchase a new TPM sensor from the BMW dealer and that I might have to bring it back. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I was then told it was resolved, but then waited until the shop closed at 6pm for them to install and then remount one of the directional tread tires that they mounted in the wrong direction. In the process of waiting nearly 2 hours, I then witnessed a conflict break out between associates in the garage, objects thrown, and much yelling. At the end of this all, I was informed that they couldn't reprogram the new TPMS and that it would have to be taken to the dealer. I've been coming here for 10 years now and have had many vehicles serviced without issue, but my last 3 visits have had issues and this latest ordeal is final straw for me.

I told them I got an alignment last month, went back second time to fix the issue and was charged again, i though it was covered for a year.
Jessie was polite and easy to talk to. He explained what would be repaired and how long it would take. I always ask for him when I schedule an appointment.
Usually do most work on my own vehicles except for exhaust work, called and said I needed the forward muffler replaced on my vehicle and ask me if I could run up within 20-30 mins would get me taken care of if it’s what was needed. Arrived checked in 10- 12 mins pulled car in confirmed what I said and told me 1 hr. Was there a little longer due to waiting for parts to be dropped off but got right on it when parts showed up. Looks like a great group of people working together to get work done quickly and properly. Definitely will recommend if some asked for a place to get something taken care of.

I really like the way I was treated during my wait. They explained what my car needed and gave me options on when I should get the repair. There was no pressure.
My appointment time was confirmed after entering the make model and year of my car, and they still did not have the proper filter, and did not inform me that they didn’t have it until after an hour wait. An oil change took 1 hour and 45 minutes and a tire rotation was included without me knowing it would be done. I had 3 kids at home waiting for me. Did not anticipate this wait time for an oil change.

I came in for an alignment. Unlike other automotive service centers, they did not give me any idea they completed the work or what they found and how they corrected it. When I came in to pick it up they just took my money, handed me the keys and an invoice and said you are all done. Nothing else. I know everyone is understaffed. But they need to do a better job. They were recommended by the manager of Discount Tire who saw how warn my back passenger tire was. (Very unusual on an AWD small SUV to have a back tire wear like that) That is why I came there. Not impressed at all.

I came in and requested service, part of the service was an inspection. Why fill out an inspection form if you never even looked at the car. Lights were not checked ( right rear park light out) nor were the tires ( LF 22PSI, LR 28PSI, RF 30 PSI and RR 24PSI). Just a little disappointing. How do i even know that the oil i requested was even put in the vehicle.

The folks were friendly and accommodated my vehicle as a walk-in and did the repairs while I wanted. The final bill for the service (front brake pads and rotors) was lower than a couple of other quotes I had received from nearby repair shops!

Whoever put the battery in my car threw away the battery cover in the garbage dump while it was raining. I was told that a memory saver tool etc would be used before changing the battery but it wasn’t. Completely unprofessional attitude. You can’t throw stuff away from other people’s car.

Went in to get my snow tires replaced. They threw away my all weather tires . And no apologies or responsibilities has been taken by dee at the solon branch. Filed a police complaint. I will be opening a civil court case on them.

My wife took her Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change and the mechanic suggested she needed a Ball Joint replaced @ $250. Scheduled a very thorough inspection at our dealership and they said it?s operating 100% as it should with zero reason to replace!

No b/c my service light came on after leaving and the standard windshield wipers that were installed and recommended are not wiping the entire windshield. I am assuming I needed the more expensive wipers. Bringing car back in to have this taken care of
