Highly Satisfied is an understatement! I was having a pretty rough day and Dave and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my car fixed in a timely manner in order to get me to my dad at the hospital in time. They went out of their way to get a part from Elyria (which sadly ended up breaking right away), and then went BACK out to find another part, just to make sure everything worked out. My car is an OLD car whose parts are hard to find, so that meant the world to me. This type of service was not expected when I dropped my car off there and I cannot thank Dave enough! He was so friendly and helped explain my inspection and necessary next steps without making me feel like he was trying to upsell me. I could tell he genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help! I will most definitely be back to get those other issues fixed and I cannot thank him enough for the amazing communication. Associates could be honest about repairs they can make and tell customers local options that specialize in specific repair services. Just because your location doesn’t have the capability to make a repair to an exhaust, don’t try to swindle a customer with a 2500 replacement

I was very satisfied The wiper blade itself was changed and is in working order. The wiper arm needs looked at though because it’s not able to actually wipe any water off the back window. So, I will be back this coming Tuesday morning to have this diagnosed. The technician will be there who handles this part of the car. Midas was fantastic I’m glad to have Midas repair the wiper arm. I mean at first the arrogant younger mechanic just came up with numbers and service on the invoice to sort of talk me out of my money so that they can have some work to perform. However, the head guy was able to really get under my car and see what was really wrong, go into the toolbox and resolve things without ordering unnecessary parts and doing unnecessary labor. I really appreciate that. Several things that were stated needed to be done, can now be ignored going forward. The car runs great.
There was a lot of issues that needed to be addressed in regards to my truck. They physically showed me everything and explained it so I would be able to understand. Explained the pricing and why.

Most importantly, they recharged my air conditioner and it blows cold air with no apparent leaks, that was a best case outcome. The associate explained what they did and how they did it and offered a follow-up visit to check for any leaks. I know a lot about car repairs, and what needs done vs. what could be done, but my family does not. I always feel comfortable sending my wife and kids there with car issues because I know they will be treated respectfully and fairly, that has not been my experience with other automotive service providers who have taken advantage of them.

I had a long trip scheduled for the evening and needed my lights aligned and oil changed. Fortunately, the team here at Midas was able and ready to do so despite not having an appointment. Needless to say, the folks left a great impression, completed what I needed, and gained a new customer! If first impressions are enduring indications, I would recommend the Fairlawn Midas team to anyone requiring their services.

I brought my car in for leaky exhaust ,and rear struts, just one hour before closing time,and they took the time to go over all my car needs and conveniently made an appointment,and l came 4/7/22 and they fixed or replaced rear struts and muffler and hanger changed oil all in 4 hours and I was very pleased with there work and professional skills, I will refer this midas to my friends and will come back for future car needs .

I was happy they could get me in as a walk-in but I told them I wanted a tire rotation. That did not happen. It used to be something that was included with the oil change but either way I would have paid for it. I have a small mark on one of my rims which was easy for me to spot my tires were not rotated. I will call them on Monday to find out why this was not done.
