Very helpful and professional operation
I had lights pop up on my car, I originally took it to the Honda dealership since it was open first and closest to my work and for all the work that they wanted done on my car it was gonna be about $5000. They didn’t make me feel confident in saying yes to the work so I went ahead and called Midas to see if any of the work has been previously done on my car, which it has also had stuff under warranty. Seth suggested I get my car towed from Honda dealership to Midas and offered me a tow truck number if my insurance didn’t cover it which my insurance did. My insurance got my car towed. It got to Midas and they did all the work on my car before I was even done with work for the day. Midas always makes me feel confident in why I go there and they’re one of the few auto locations that don’t make me feel dumb or taken advantage of for being a woman or even not knowing anything about cars. There’s a reason why I go back to them. Ps I only paid $1278 compared to the $5000 estimate from the Honda dealership;)
Excellent overall staff and service
My 2004 Corolla had very low oil on Weds, it has 281,500 miles and appeared to have no oil when I checked it. I added 3 qts and called Midas to check it for an oil leak on Thurs morning. Tyler was able to get me in at 1 pm. The tech checked for leaks (found none). Tyler explained that a car with that many miles was probably burning oil vs leaking. All fluids were checked and the recommended plan for continued service was reviewed. I want to thank Tyler for his professional and helpful service and also the technicians. It is such a good feeling to know that I have a team of mechanics that I can trust and depend upon. Thank you Midas!
I was so please with everyone, knowledge, information. I drive a Jeep they seemed to o ow everything about my Jeep and what I wanted. Felt it was priced a bit high but did feel that was in alignment with everything else rising. The service was EXCELLENT.

I came in 10 minutes before my appointment, they grabbed my keys immediately while being super friendly and letting me know about coupons without even asking. I only had a couple questions and they were answered real quickly. They said it would be around 45 minutes but they finished in about 25 and told me bout my battery and didn’t try to twist my wrist about anything. Great experience.

I was quoted one price, and when I came in the price was higher. I was quoted for an oil change in the radiator flush in both of those were significantly higher when I got there.

The service was fast and friendly. The tech clearly communicated the work needed after I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and break system inspection, then gave me several options to move forward.
Took awhile to procure broken part but Midas employees did an excellent job making it happen!

Hospitality, knowledge, explanations of products and services recommended. Too many auto shops are short on personal skills and long on get it done and get it out of here. Today's consumer wants to know and understand what is being done. If the consumer leaves with any sense of concern or trust issues, forget about the repeat business. There are simply too many other places left to try for a different service experience.As for me personally, this is about the 3rd Midas shop I have done business with. The store mgr introduced himself and his asst mgr to me. They both seemed to be on top of their game and knowledgeable about their business. In the future, I will continue to bring my business to THIS location for those reasons. Thank YOU!

My 2004 Corolla had an oil leak. It was the oil pan gasket. All the parts were in stock. I had to wait for my car so it was nice that it only took 3 hours. The service was great, as always. The front desk employee, Brad, was professional, friendly and courteous.

If you are going to make appointments please honor them. My appointment was for 11:30 and my vehicle wasn't completed until 3:30. Nobody called to tell me it was going to be longer. When I returned 2 hours later, I was told it hadn't been started yet.
It was much faster than I anticipated as you get my breaks replaced. The staff was phenomenal. The cost was much less than I anticipated. Fantastic service very satisfied.

While I was 20 minutes early for my 830 appointment my vehicle was not pulled in until 910. I watch 2 other vehicles get pulled in before mine. I understand I was 20 minutes early but when you have an 830 appointment your vehicle should be pulled in shortly after that not 40 minutes later. Also I tried to book online with a promo code “on the Midas website” saying it was 29.99 for my service then leaving paying over $50.00. Was a little disappointed as the only explanation I received was that is an error in our marketing department sorry but I would recommend the service that was over $100. A little compassion goes a long way in a customer service industry. I have lead operations in a like kind and quality industry and felt this could have been handled much better.
I scheduled a spring maintenance package. We discussed the condition of the tires.I will be getting a new set soon. The batteries in the key fobs we weak so they werereplaced (free!). The guys did their usual job of taking care of me and my car.
Rae was fantastic in her explanation of services my car needed. She helped me understand the mechanics of brakes and the importance of maintaining them. Great personality and super professional. I’m glad she’s on your team.

Well I did not get a picture of the issue they I had with my truck. I also wanted them to show me what the issue was but the shop was too busy.
I know the employees are expected to upsell products, but I didn't like being pressured.
Extremely friendly and believe they were being honest about what the problem was and fixing it. Also I needed a part and they gave me an option with getting a used part to save on cost.

Staff was very pleasant to work with. We had to delay our scheduled appointment, but they were flexible and able to get us in and out the same day, which saved us a lot of money on a rental car because our 2nd vehicle was also broke down. Appreciate the quick turn around very much.
I have been going to MIDAS for over 20 years. They advise me of potential service needed, no pressure at all to get it done. When I do get service done, they do it right the first time. Never had an issue.

The whole process was so simple. I looked up tires on google. Was provided with a website that I could schedule a drop off. I was greeted when I got there. Received options for tires available with in 24 hours. They set expectations for time and completed the work faster than expected.

They know me and the car. They were up front about what was wrong, gave me a price on replacing the engine, and explained that even if the engine was rebuilt there was no way of guessing how long it might last. My car is still in their parking lot. to be picked up for salvage on Tuesday. I have a replacement which I will be taking to this shop for it's regular maintenance.

I scheduled an appointment online ONE day prior. I didn't expect to get in so quickly! The online reservation system is also very easy and responsive. I was very impressed when I dropped off my vehicle, the associate was able to quick diagnose based on just hearing about the issue I was experiencing. He was spot on and quoted me the correct time it would take and price. Because of the location, I was actually able to walk back home so I didn't have to wait around for my car.
I was a walk-in. Check in was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The entire process was completed much faster than I anticipated. Price was in line with what I was quoted. Overall, very satisfied.
Requested oil change and tire rotation. Upon pick up, the clerk did not mention the tire rotation when paying for service. Invoice did not include any mention or detail of tire rotation. I surmise that the tires weren't rotated at all, and that it was forgotten.
We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours. And the associates were friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. And the work was performed very quickly. All in all, very satisfied! Thank you!

We have been monitoring what was first described as an "oil leak", but withnothing to be done at the time. As more oil is being lost/used? I went in tosee if the lak was worse. The "leak" really isn't a leak...it was the same as itwas several months ago. The car is burning oil. Not good, but they added some oil andwe'll see where I am next oil change. The car is 14 years old and has over 170,000miles on it. I have taken it to this Midas shop for 9 years. They take good care of meand the car.
I had a coupon for three oil changes, which specifically stated that tire rotation was included. After the oil was changed, I asked if the tires had been rotated and after a couple minutes was told they were not. The manager asked if I wanted them rotated and I said yes, so they brought the vehicle back in and did the rotation. As I was leaving I asked if the TPMS had been "recalibrated" so that it correctly identified where the tires were on the car. The answer I got was that they "thought" the GMC Sierra did that automatically. I don't think that is correct. The manager said that in the future to tell them I wanted the tires rotated, but I shouldn't have to do that since that is specifically included with the oil change coupon.
The associate at the front desk was dismissive and it seemed like he would rather be elsewhere than at work. I felt as if I was a burden and wasting his time. He was taller, light skinned, bald, and had a full beard.
They got to my car quickly, got it up on the rack, and the problem was immediatelynoticeable. Temporary remedy taken while the part is on order. Appointmentset for have the new part part in.

I told Midas very specifically that I want the correct manufacture or OEM oil for my TDI passat. I was very clear in saying that I didn't care what it cost. My passat has a DPF and requires oil with the VW507 rating. Midas acknowledged and let me know they would get the correct oil. I left but I had a gut feeling I should call them. I called them and let them know again that VW requires the 507 spec and the gentlemen on the phone "Read" the description of the oil they where going to use. I was told the oil is 507 rated. I still felt something was off because Midas said it was a European 5w40 oil so I looked up the specs on that oil and it doesn't meet the VW 507 spec. I continued to research and only 0w30 and 5w30 oils carry this rating. When I went back to pick up the car I asked them what oil actually went in the car. they said they used the bulk tank European 5w40. I asked them to show me the VW507 rating on it and they couldn't find it. The manager was clearly frustrated and complained about how busy he was. That he only had 2 hours left in the day and he KNOWS that oil is okay. I asked for specific oil and didn't get it. They need to learn what oils go into what cars.

The staff puts up with me very nicely. we horse around a bit as time allows. I havebeen supporting this location for nine years. I always get good service, questionsanswered, and we set out a plan to do work on my 13 year old car, which I havetried to maintain (as I can't purchase another car).
I was told a bolt on my sway bar extension was stripped and needed to be replaced. This was not accurate. A bolt had come loose and simply needed to be tightened. I tightened it without issue. Nothing is damage, stripped or broken. They wanted 700 to do the job…if I was an old lady who didn’t know how to do basic work on her car, I would have wasted that money for no reason. I will never come here again.
The exceptional customer service displayed by this branch was above and beyond!!! In this climate today of customer service work in most place’s they do not care to be there or care if the customer is there. The management and the staff are extremely helpful and efficient and want to make it has easy! They have a customer for life at this branch!

I've been going to Midas for over 20 years. They do the job right the first time and I have had no issues. They tell me if they find something and either to keep an eye on or if I had better to get it fixed now. I get my cars oil changed at Midas for that reason. They give the cars a quick once over, like a preventive maintenance inspection. I like that and that is the reason I never use Jiffy Lube or other express oil change locations.

I am a senior citizen living on set income. Even though I 'gripe" about what thingscost, they do their best to make the work they do as cost effective as they can...muchappreciated!

I was actually recommended to go to Midas from my usual place of Firestone. I had a nail in my tire and the gentleman was able to let me know that I can get my tire patched and it’ll take a little while for the job to get completed. I was actually impressed on how short of a time it took and the quality of work that was done on patching my tire.

Brought my truck in for a diagnostic on a lean misfire. The ?mechanic? was no help at all and told me that it was one of the components in the ignition system when I had already confirmed good spark with an oscilloscope. It was actually a vacuum leak thank
