The associate changed my tire. I didn’t expect or ask for an overall number to bumper evaluation of my car. I so much appreciated him telling me that my car was in good condition and my service was no charge to repair my tire. I told him I would be sure to have my oil changed there and will tell my sister to do the same. OMG, he even came out and opened the door for me and wished me a blessed day!
I went to this location for the first time for oil change and alignment check. Even though my Honda Odyssey van identified to have the alignment problem but I decided to correct that next month. When I drove the van from the workshop I immediately started noticing my van is making sound either from the tires or axel or the suspension. I clearly could not point out where it was coming from but one thing I knew that noise was not there, I called Midas the same day that I want to bring my van back to find out why am I hearing the noise, but the associate who answered my call said he cannot look at it today. For past 1 week, my wife driving the van and she complained to me many a times about the noise. I am planning to contact them agin to check if they have damaged something in the suspension while doing alignment check. I am really not happy with this experience.

Tires supposedly rotated but tire pressure was uneven. Immediately after leaving the shop, within 10 minutes, check engine light came on. Arrived home and check the chk eng code. Result? Faulty Catalytic converter. Seems odd or perhaps coincidental that this first alert is following a brief visit to a muffler shop. The percentage of probability is unlikely it is a coincidence. Basic tire rotation normally includes air pressure check. Pressures were 35, 37, 37, 38. I adjusted all to correct and equal pressure and ran the code for the new check engine light.
Damian kept me updated with the work on my car as I was waiting. He and his teammates worked hard to get things working again in good time.

I got there right at closing but was still able to leave my keys with an associate and they got back to me promptly the next morning. I was given a clear explanation of my options and was also told I could leave my car on the lot for several days while I had to buy a new car/get old car towed for a trade in. Thank you!
They were able to fit us in with no appointment when Toyota tried to overcharge us and misdiagnosed our vehicle. They kept in constant communication and the part came in a day early too. They were able to fix it too with enough time for me to pick up the vehicle by the end of the day. They were also very understanding and friendly.

I brought my vehicle in for brake service because they were squeaking. The technician found out that all of my rotors were bad but the pads were all fine. I bought my used car in December and the technician told me it looked like the dealership put new pads on but didn’t do the rotors. Thanks to the technician for his due diligence! He knew exactly what the dealership did and didn’t hesitate to point out their wrongdoing. I will definitely come back to Midas for future service!

I understand managing a location that is a little short on staff is hard. But the knowledge of one of the managers was a little hard to trust my car there. She was not rude at all!, but the customer service part was not there. I had a lot of communication problems with multiple managers. All was worked out though and I appreciate it being fixed. I did notice an item was missing from my glove compartment. Even though it was not an important item, still makes me nervous that maybe something else is missing that I can’t think of. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a single problem. So I’m willing to give another chance to this new team. Hopefully customer service and details can get ironed out quickly.

If scheduling online is an option, it needs to be live and it needs to actually get the okay from the store. This is the second time I've scheduled online and then waited over 2+ hours for my car. I also have a Kia Telluride and it has a "special filter" so then it had to be ordered and delivered. I dropped my car at 12 and didn't pick it up until after 4. I had to get a ride back to work at 1, and then had to get a ride back to Midas at 4.
Service, price, explanation of findings and results, and the ability to ask questions to the service personnel were extremely satisfying and rewarding. Okay, so I come here because I am now familiar with the manager and recognize most of the team here. In return they acknowledge me. I like the fact they know me and my four cars. They have patience with me and they tell me the straight factual information that I need to know. I feel comfortable with their reporting on my car specifics and trust their recommendations. I like to keep the same people to service and keep the maintenance up on my car & home. These Midas workers I want on my side to maintain my cars' services.

First, the technician did not call or text when the tire check was complete. Second, she did not return my lug nut key where she got it from, which required a return trip. And lastly, it appeared someone took a nap in my car as evidenced by my passenger seat being laid completely flat with the head rest elevated and trash remnants. To improve, communicate, follow through, and if you're going to nap in my car at least clean up after yourself.

I scheduled both of our cars online for oil changes. When we arrived, the associate said that the apointments made online "don't know how busy we are" and "don't know" what service you are going to get. He said this would affect how long our vehicles were going to be in the shop. It wound up taking an hour longer than reported online which isn't a big deal, but somehow the online appointments have to "communicate" with what is scheduled in the shop. Finally, the associate stated that the VW needed either 5w30 or 5w40. He said the 5w40 would cost twice as much and he would call to let us know about the price increase if it was needed. He never called and he said the vehicle did require the more expensive oil. He stated that he would call ahead and did not, which is the first issue. Finally, the last time the oil was changed on that vehicle a different shop used 5w30. Maybe that other shop used the wrong oil..... but combined witht he lack of communication just didn't look good.

Not good service. I went on one coupon with 21$ oil change with tire rotation. They took 35$ even after coupon and they did not rotate tire saying tire are in good condition.
