I specified which exact tires I wanted, showed them the price quote I got online. They had to order them in, but it only took a few days to get. They called as soon as they were in and we scheduled an appointment the next day. I showed up to the appointment and they immediately started working on my car. I was in and out in about 30 minutes

I visited for an alignment only, nothing else.Two of the employees were almost ganging up on me trying to tell me that the oil leak from the engine was a "fire hazard", clearly in order to scare me into spending $2300.00 for their nonsensical repair quote, which didn't even include the cost to fix the alleged dangerous oil leak. (keep in mind I came in for an $89.99 alignment).If you don't want to do the work, that's fine, just kindly tell me and I'll leave. No need to be barking at me that the car is so dangerous (please find me a 22 year old Toyota on the road that doesn't have any leaks)Very poor customer experience. Will actively advise others to avoid this chain.
The experience was unbelievable. Germain Honda told me I needed enew rear brakes and pads because they were rusted and pitted. Also that I needed fuel system treatment, alignment, filters. Your techs inspected my car and determined that I didn’t need any of that. Honda was lying so I would spend money. They quoted me $1200. Midas is now the only place I will have my car serviced at and I’m telling friends, family, and coworkers to go there too. Thank you for saving me from wasting money in this economy.

The gentleman working the counter was very friendly, communicated the services and options clearly, and the technicians completed the work as quickly as could be expected to do a thorough job. He went above and beyond when I realized I had left my wallet at work, and allowed me to go back and get my wallet before paying for service. That level of trust and respect has earned my loyalty to this location, and I intend to return with both of my other vehicles for all of my service needs, as well as any future vehicles I purchase. I haven't received this level of customer service in a while, and I am very pleased.

I had new tires sent to the Riverside Midas location, and I had new wheels to put on my Fiat. Alex was really nice! I was scheduled to get new tires on my new wheels, balanced, TPMS swapped, and an alignment. Unfortunately, they forgot to put my new tires on my wheels which was not really an issue with me as I could just come in the next day. Alex had forgotten to have them put the new tires on. So I did not get the balance the first day and just paid for the install of the new tires and balance. When I came in the second day I was greeted by a very standoff GM there. He initiated with "You know we're going to charge you to re-install those tires right?". I had no choice and went with it. After the GM saw that I was being kind he then said that he wouldn't charge me for them anymore, as it was the shop's mistake for not putting my new tires on. However, I asked them to check if I needed an alignment before committing to one. Instead of doing that they did my 5-minute alignment and charged me for it without asking me. I viewed this as the GM making up for lost labor on the tire reinstall. Why do I have to pay the consequences for your shop's mistake? Totally unprofessional. Horrible

Gabe greeted me as soon as I got there. This is my first time at a Midas and he was very friendly, made some small talk, and explained that they do a full inspection of the car and rotate tires and fill up wiper fluid with the oil change. And, i had a coupon! All for an extremely low price. Wonderful experience after I had a sour taste in my mouth because of valvoline during my last oil change… well done! Will be back.

Showed up for original appointment and at that time was told tires were not available. Had to make a payment for tires to be ordered and was immediately charged to my bank account. Scheduled appointment for the following day, showed up at appointed time, tires had not arrived and would be arriving later that day. At that time cancelled my appointment and am still waiting for my deposited charged to be credited to my bank account.
It was pretty pricey to get my brakes fixed and to get new tires. I am not sure if this was the best deal since I didn’t shop around.

I go here for oil changes mostly, the cost is low and I spend only around an hour waiting for my car. I don’t feel as if they ever are trying to tell me something is wrong with my car that isn’t, and if they notice something they tell me and the estimate of when it should be looked at. I use another mechanic for issues that are more than oil change/ tire rotation and any issue Midas has ever told me has been repeated by the other shop.

My tire pressure light is still on an the tires are only at 31 . The car says it has to be 37 . I ask him about it an he said it will reset after I drive about 15 miles. That was Saturday. Today is Tuesday an it’s still on. At the tires are still at 31.
