1) I scheduled appointment online using promo code OC3535USWEB. Mentioned online that my RAV-4 needed 30,000 mile service. Received and e-mail that appointment is NOT confirmed until a service manager calls me back. But not one called so I called and was told the appointment is confirmed2) I drove in and took a check list of service items that needed to be checked. The list was passed on to the technician3) Once finished, I paid and left the shop with a folded paper assuming that the paper would provide the details about what was done. However it did not contain any details. It just had the total charge that was $20 more than the promo price.I think, the shop should complete the service as advertise in the promo: full synthetic oil change with tire rotation for $59.99 alond with the 30000 mile service check as requested

I went in to get my oil change and see what was wrong with my tires since my tire light came on. They never called when my service was done. They said they "checked" the tires and then the next day the tire light came on again. First and last time here.
