I have had some good customer service before, but I will say this location provided the best customer service I have ever received regarding my cars. I waited for the car and was in the waiting room working on my iPad. They brought a makeshift table to me to make it easier for me to work while I wait for the car. They kept me informed the entire time about cost an additional maintenance needed. Did not push me to do anything extra. I live in Austin. I was in town visiting family when I brought the vehicle over for an oil change. I am going to bring my vehicle that needs some maintenance From Austin to this location for service instead.
Willy and his crew are very professional and top notch! My parents and adult children bring their cars to this location. I’ve already recommended Willy and Midas to coworkers!

Sam is an exceptional manager! He puts customers at ease, inspires them and connects well. Meanwhile repair service is terrific! Both Willie and Marco have been so helpful in the past, including this past week. If there is some small or large way they can help make you happy as a customer, they do! They never overcharge if some small part is needed; and they find the best way to fix your vehicle as well as efficient inspections. I have already recommended them to a friend who needs serivice. I don't know why I'd go anywhere else!

We should have taken to dealer like we initially intended. And maybe the right part would have been initially installed and would have not gone thru this mess. Paid pretty much the same thing anyway.
The price was very good for the Oil Change and the Tire Rotation plus and inspection of the vehicle. When I first arrived the Salesperson automatically wrote up full Synthetic Oil which I did not want. When I checked out it appeared someone else was the manager in charge. He appreciated my business and was very thankful for my choosing Midas. That was nice. I'm always tentative when I choose a new Auto Service center, I need to build trust with a group. I might use Midas again and build on that trust.
They were able to get me in without an appointment and get me a new battery the same day.

There was a discount notice displayed in the store. I assumed it will be applied automatically in my bill. After billing when highlighted it, i had one online coupon in my mail, that could not be applied. That transaction could have been voided and new transaction could have been done. Staffs looked not aware of voiding the transaction. Thank you.

I've been coming to this particular Midas on Rufe Snow in Watauga, Texas for many years now and have gone through three owners. Midas offers good service and I have never had a problem with them.
Sam, the owner, went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service. Even when he was away on vacation, he managed to coordinate with his team and staff to get the job done. I had to bring the car back because the check engine came on again. I managed to replace the O2 sensor.

I wasn't sure if there where cheaper options for the warranty on the battery I bought or if I should have even purchased the warranty at all to save money. But other than that, I felt taken care of and the service was quick and had me back on the road in no time.
This location has consistently helped us with vehicle issues that could have been costly to repair. Each time they have diagnosed our issues and repaired them in a timely manor with a reasonable price. This is hats to find these days at this type of business. Always courtesy and has great communication also.
I have used this Midas for many years, and they make sure they keep you in the loop if you leave your car with them. The will drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready. They go beyond the call of duty to make sure your car is well taken care as far as repairs and pricing. I love the Midas employees’ attitude (patience) with the customers especially when the customers might not like the estimates they receive. They are always courteous and kind no matter how long and how hard they have been working that day. They alway try to fit me in although they are having a busy day. If not that day because I come in after work, they will try the next day for sure. I trust them to do a great job every time I have to have repairs on my car. I have been to other Midas locations before, but this is by far the best. The owner and manager will talk with you to make sure you understand everything your car will need to keep you on the road. My car is 22 years and I thank God for this Midas and they great job they do every time I go.
I checked at a total of 4 locations for the best price and Midas was second to lowest but the best in customer service. They even offered to pick up vehicle and return it the same day. No hassles!

I had my vehicle towed to this location and while the vehicle was in their possession, they left the car outside and unlocked. The car was broken into and over $1,700 was stolen and damaged. They claim it was "brought into the shop this way". The manager, Sam, supposdely reviewed video but saw nothing on the video. I now have to file an insurance claim but will be counter suing Midas for at least the deductible and maybe the entire cost to replace the stolen items.
Brian at the counter is always very nice and willing to accommodate us. Willie is who we discussed any issues with the vehicle and he was very informative. Sam typically gives us a follow up call or text to confirm everything went as planed. Great operation all the way around....very please with all of our services!

"I had a tire that had been patched and ridden flat multiple times; It started giving me trouble, and while applying yet another patch realized all my tires were almost wore out anyway. fearful of a front tire blowout at speed, I called around and around- no one could help me- it was a Saturday morning, opening hours. everyone had Monday latest- and that not only risking a blowout until then, but a costly absence from work. I called Sam at Watauga Midas, and he had the tires picked up that day. I got off work at 1:30, and by 3:30 I was cruising on four spec tires. The staff were honest in their appraisal of my alignment, which was spot on, so I was spared that expense. I was impressed with the customer service, the speed of installation and balancing- which was perfect, something other tire shops have given me **** to pay with multiple return visits- overall these guys do excellent work, and value to boot- ""I did not have to pay a lot for that muffler"" comes to mind :-)"

The only reason why I was not highly satisfied is because I had a door handle that was completely fine and working when I brought my vehicle but after I picked up my vehicle my door handle on the outside of the door was loose and was not that way before when I dropped it off.

Excellent service friendly staff
Sam and his team did an awesome job on my wifes Jeep. Her alignment was really messed up and they spent the better part of the day working to get it just right, including Sam himself under my wifes Jeep adjusting / tightening the sway bar to get the steering just right. Highly recommend Sam and his team at Midas Watauga.
